The abuse our border agents are going through is outragous &Dirty Dubya & Company have been exposed for the corrupt dirty dealing political scum bags that they truely are. This is not only an abuse of our laws but it is contempt for the American people .The lowlifes who were caught trying to shove this sham on us must be thrown out of office. These traitorous politicans can not be trusted nor can the Bush ,Kennedy or Rockefeller familys. We must throw out the traitors who take bribes ,payoffs and kickbacks from many companys who want to cheat American workers & big anti USA foundations like Ford, Pew, Carnegie and Rockefeller that are always selling us out.Take away their tax free status and vote for patriots who stand with the American people.
AZMan: "Two agents, tasked with upholding the law, that shoot a suspect in the back..."

That's exactly the information that is currently under appeal. They shot a fleeing drug dealer (whom at the time they believed had shot a border patrol agent) who refused to "halt" when ordered to do so, repeatedly. They didn't shoot him in the "back," (this would have killed him). They shot in his direction, to warn him, and try to stop him. He didn't stop - and kept running.

It was only later that he appeared with a wound in his rear-end. No police report had been filed, because at the time, the officers didn't know anyone had been wounded. Read here for more information.

Yes, they should have filed a report, because it would have protected them later. However, even IF one of their shots actually did wound a fleeing drug dealer who had been firing shots in their direction...they would have been well within the law.

Two agents, tasked with upholding the law, that shoot a suspect in the back and then attempt to cover up the incident should be pardoned?

These two got what they deserved. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want these men patrolling the border or, for that matter, living anyway near me.

I think I would feel different if they had not tried to cover the shooting up.
