Newsvine is a social networking site that is, “Updated continuously by citizens like you, Newsvine is an instant reflection of what the world is talking about at any given moment.” See a demo, here.
Particpation in Newsvine can include reading, voting, commenting, discussing, and even writing your own column. Newsvine is a good place to promote stories you enjoy reading, although the code of honor prohibits promoting stories you have actually written from your own blog.
