What Happened To All The Obama Articles?

When Barack Obama first announced his run, it was a sea of Obama articles on the front page news papers and news sharing sites like Digg, Reddit, and the like.  It was Obamamania!  Now it is crickets.

At one point, the USA Today / Gallup Poll had him leading Hillary Clinton 30% to 29%.  Now he trails 42% to 19%.  He’s dropping faster then a led balloon to a candidate who has high negatives.  Hillary Clinton, depending on what poll you look at, has negatives in the high 40s.

On a side note,  Hillary Clinton’s high negatives and Barack Obama’s inexperience do not bode well for the Democratic Party.

Basically, it looks like the Obama “supporters” are a fickle group.  Apparently loyalty doesn’t mean much to their candidates and the cut-and-run mentality is spilling over to their own potential nominees.  Their once touted savior is now yesterday’s flavor.
