Liberals: Don’t Invade Iraq, Invade Darfur

Why is it liberals who want us out of Iraq also want us to go into Darfur?  They claim Iraq is a quagmire but so is Darfur.  Would not Darfur also be a no win situation for our military or for U.S. interests?

If Bush had sent the military to Darfur, would liberals still be protesting in the streets, burning flags, and calling for Bush’s head on a stake?  Of course they would! You would see mass protests of the evil Bush invading a helpless locale like Darfur.  You see, it has nothing to do with location and everything to do with politics. 

It is OK for a liberal to send troops into a places like Darfur but if a Republican did that all hell would break loose.  It is the Democratic double-standard which says, “Do as I say, not as I do.”
