Several foreign countries have joined forces and invaded America. Mainstream media for the most part is refusing to report on the invasion.
Mexican Consul Enrique Hubbard Urrea has issued an unusual warning to immigrants from his country: Avoid the city of Irving (Texas).
Deportations in this city have skyrocketed in the last several months — from 262 in all of 2006 to 1,338 through mid-September.
“In this city, one has to be extra careful,” he told Al DÃÂa. “And if possible, avoid going through there, because we suspect, and with good reason, that people are being detained simply because of their appearance.”
Consuls from El Salvador and Mexico met with Mr. Gears and Police Chief Larry Boyd nearly two months ago to talk about the rising number of deportations. During that meeting, the mayor said officials were checking out complaints to determine whether anyone had been stopped without cause. (Interesting that according to an unnamed source in the Irving PD, most offenders are traffic and alcohol related but the over all crime rate has dropped significantly also.)
According to Heather McDonald of the Manhattan Institute, Mexico’s foreign ministry distributes the GuÃÂa del Migrante Mexicano (Guide for the Mexican Migrant) in Mexico. (City Journal).

Worldnet Daily has several articles about Mexican troops and armed uniformed foreign personnel coming across our borders and shoot at our Law Enforcement Officers.

In international law, sovereignty is the legitimate exercise of power by a state . De jure sovereignty is the legal right to do so; de facto sovereignty is the ability in fact to do so (which becomes of special concern upon the failure of the usual expectation that de jure and de facto sovereignty exist at the place and time of concern, and rest in the same organization). Foreign governments recognize the sovereignty of a state over a territory, or refuse to do so. (Wikipedia )
“The United States as a sovereign, independent state is affected by legal principles contained in fundamental legal constructs. For its foreign policy to function the United States must be diplomatically recognized by other governments. The United States has the rights, inter alia, to recognize other states and to secure its national territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence, by forcible self-defense if necessary.” ( American Chronicle)
The Vienna Convention on Consular Relations outlines what a Consular Representative may do. Illegal acts, in violation of the host country’s laws, are not considered a part of consular responsibilities. Lobbying host legislative bodies is not specifically prohibited but interference with host country laws is not within the limits permitted by international law. Those acts are considered hostile and grounds for removal of the consulate office and declaration of a state of war under international law.
Article 55 (Vienna Convention on Consular Relations)
Respect for the laws and regulations of the receiving State
1.Without prejudice to their privileges and immunities, it is the duty of all persons enjoying such privileges and immunities to respect the laws and regulations of the receiving State. They also have a duty not to interfere in the internal affairs of the State.
2.The consular premises shall not be used in any manner incompatible with the exercise of consular functions.
3.The provisions of paragraph 2 of this article shall not exclude the possibility of offices of other institutions or agencies being installed in part of the building in which the consular premises are situated, provided that the premises assigned to them are separate from those used by the consular post.
In that event, the said offices shall not, for the purposes of the present Convention, be considered to form part of the consular premises.
Based on Census data, which is a low-ball estimate of the total number of illegal immigrants the Center for Immigration Studies made this report on the high cost of cheap labor for the Federal Government only. State costs are much higher. California alone loses as much money as the Federal government — 10.5 billion. That’s billion with a “B.”
The first shots have been fired. We have not yet responded. La Raza and George Soros have though! War has been declared but not by us! It’s time to react. Do Something NOW! Call your city, state and federal representatives and demand we close our borders and deport all illegals. NO anchor children, no hardship, no mercy…This is a war we can not afford to lose.
