Olbermann the Racist

Keith Olbermann on Monday Night football September 9, 2008 referred to Denver Bronco wide receiver Roscoe Parrish as “Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles.”  Here is the exact quote:

With the Denver drive having stalled, Roscoe Parrish on the punt return. Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles at its finest. He could go the entire distance and does and it’s seven-zip Bills.

Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles?  Are you kidding me.  Did we hear a word in the press about this?  No.  Can you imagine if a Republican had said those same words on national television. His or her head would now be on a stake.  The media outcry would be deafening but if a liberal does it everybody looks the other way and thinks it is cute or funny. 

Keith Olbermann, you are a racist and that was a racist statement…period.  You should be ashamed of yourself.
