Paul Jacob spoke to the Oklahoma Political News Service today after his scheduling-hearing, and announced that his preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 23, 2008. Jacob, is part of the “Oklahoma 3″ who have been indicted on felony charges of violating an Oklahoma residency law that has been reinterpreted retroactively, for political reasons.

In this interview, Jacob talks about the lack of coverage in the main-stream media for this trial, and for the ballot-initiative crisis in general, and he encourages the bloggers and new media to do everything they can to get the word out. If you live within driving distance to Oklahoma City, plan to be there on July 23rd to support the Oklahoma 3.

We are not "fair and balanced," and we aren't refereeing a "free speech zone." Intelligent, funny, and on-topic comments are welcome. Trolls, spam, and liberal propaganda are not. Because we're busy, we have lives, and when we want to talk to you we'll go visit you on Digg or the Daily KOS.)
