    Dear Orlando:

    Great and dreadful. 94% of black homicide victims in America are mudered by other black men. This explains so much, eh?

    Ask most people to fill in the colour of this statistic, and they’d imagine a vast army of good old boys and rogue L.A cops on a rampage, but er, no. Thirty years of policy ends in thousands of black Americans trapped in a singular vortex with no way out. Unless it involves education, the Church, the family and normality. Sadly, mostly outside of majority black neighbourhoods, I imagine.
