Your Vote Counts…(Not!)

Some people are crossing over party lines and voting in Democratic Primaries allegedly to help their non-democratic party candidate. This might make sense in a normal logical world, but welcome to the world of elite politics.
Welcome to the world of the Superdelegate. Almost 800 of them, the party faithful, elected officials, deep pockets or fat wallets, the dinner guests of many lobbyists… These are the ones who will pick a candidate.
Wait, you say…What about the States Primaries and the committed delegates. This just in from Camp Hillary…They don’t have to listen to the popular vote; they can vote however they want … and the response from the Head democrat Mr. “What do you mean?” Dean: Well that’s just a technicality.
Let me get this straight: the populace votes in two states were “excluded” because they dared challenge the Party. They didn’t follow the party line. Now delegates are free to do what they choose, sell their votes to the highest bidder. And some idiots out there are still voting for this party?
The cost of the State’s Primaries could have been saved and people need not have come out and voted cause they aren’t big donors. The Democratic Party’s own rules for candidates and elections demonstrate just how little they think of the “little guy”. The Party is all-important, not the platform, not the populace, not the law, not reason, not fairness… just the Democratic Party. They want to increase the size of government so they can “pay off” more friends. They want you to foot the bill while they get richer from “investments”.
I think it is time for “The People” to rise up and put an end to Party Politics and demand a return to “Government, of the people and for the people.”
