Look, I got two daughters — 9 years old and 6 years old. I am going to teach them first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby. I don’t want them punished with an STD at age 16, so it doesn’t make sense to not give them information.

First of all, babies don’t happen by mistake. They happen as a result of sexual intercourse, and I’ve never heard of anyone doing that by mistake. Perhaps they chose the wrong person to do it with, but the act itself simply cannot happen by accident. If you’re in the process of helping to create a baby – you’re aware of what’s going on.
Secondly, how on earth can anyone with a heart refer to a human being as “punishment”? I know some parents who probably feel that their children’s behavior on some days must be punishment for the way they acted when they, themselves were kids, but the kids themselves are not ususally thought of as “punishment.”

Have children none have had an std none have had a child. Why, is simple they were taught morals and values; in that order, Morality say do to others as you want done too you, value says respect yourself first and respect and honor your parents. Without one you can not have the other. And last to my sons was expressed this no means no. And last talk ask questions your not their friend your the parent the one with the brains they have too have a reason to say no, let that reason be you, one can get over the peer pressure if everyone knows that sitting at home is a crazy mother or father, who is going too jump everyone involved in what ever. How do I know I’m that crazy one,so my kids and most friend ask I tell and all is well for now.

Punishment? From who? Is this supposed “Christian” saying that his God is responsible for std’s or pregnancies? Funny, the only religious doctrine that eschews this is Islam via Sharia and the Hadith. We don’t need evil in this world, we have Obama’s God. Seems he picked up more islamic teaching than he claims.

Very good point, Tex…I hadn’t thought of that. I was too busy fuming over the stupid communist/socialist rhetoric of some babies being “mistakes” that need to be rectified via abortion.
