Voter Fraud Unplugged

www.nikitas3.com

In a small victory against the tidal wave of election fraud that the Democrat party has been perpetrating over the last 150 years, the US Supreme Court upheld on April 28 Indiana’s law requiring photo identification for people wishing to cast a ballot.

The long-time Republican effort to require more strict ID laws made its way to the High Court in the most noteworthy case since the court decided in 2000 to stop the Florida vote recounts, giving Bush the victory over Gore, a victory that was validated in many subsequent vote recounts.

The Supreme Court was right then, and it is right now.

In a 6-3 decision, with the majority opinion written surprisingly by very liberal Justice John Paul Stevens, he wrote that, “There is no question about the legitimacy or importance of the state’s interest in counting only the votes of eligible voters. … Moreover, the interest in orderly administration and accurate recordkeeping provides a sufficient justification for carefully identifying all voters participating in the election process. While the most effective method of preventing election fraud may well be debatable, the propriety of doing so is perfectly clear.”

Stevens also said that the photo ID law does not impose “excessively burdensome requirements.”

More than 20 states currently require some form of ID for voting.

Indiana had argued that the photo ID law represents a reasonable modern interpretation of the Founders’ Elections Clause. Three Republican US Senators and 26 House members signed a brief to the Supreme Court supporting Indiana’s law.

Liberals are furious over this decision because they have been using every tactic possible to get as many people as possible voting including dead, illegal, fictitious and felonious voters. In a recent case, five members of the far-left voter registration group ACORN were sentenced to jail time for fabricating almost 1,800 names for the Seattle voting rolls.

This is part of a tsunami of suspect voter registration efforts by Democrats. In 2004, so-called ‘moderate Democrat’ Virginia governor Mark Warner signed legislation that would allow felons to vote. Virginia was one of 7 states that barred felons from voting for life. As serial defenders of the criminal culture in this nation, this is no surprise for the Democrats, yet another in a long line of sad usurpations of our democratic process by the party of FDR.

The Democrat party has been stealing elections both openly and covertly for well over a century. The 1960 presidential election giving the victory to JFK was well known to have been a fraudulent concoction engineered by the Chicago Mafia. But loser Richard Nixon did not protest because he was manly enough to see the damage his protest might do to the nation, and planned another run later on, which he won in 1968. By the way, Nixon said often that if he had been elected in 1960, that the United States military never would have gone into Vietnam.

In 2002, Democrat Tim Johnson won the South Dakota US Senate seat by only 524 votes over Republican John Thune after much fraud was suspected in voter registration efforts and in questionable polling place activity on the overwhelmingly Democrat Indian reservations in that state. Thune ran again in 2004 and unseated Democrat US Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle.

In 2004, Christine Gregoire was selected governor by the Democrat Washington State legislature even though Republican Dino Rossi won the first two vote counts. The third count giving the edge to Gregoire by only 129 ballots out of 2.9 million cast - the closest victory in a major race in US politics - was suspected of being rife with corruption, ballot stuffing, illegally-cast ballots and questionable mail-in ballots, all from the heavily Democrat district around Seattle. (This district is represented today in the US Congress by Democrat Jim McDermott, who recently was ordered to pay Republican John Boehner of Ohio $1.1 million over a case in which McDermott illegally obtained and released to the public a private 1996 phone communication among Boehner and other Republicans.)

And in her 2000 campaign for US Senate from New York State, Hillary Clinton was helped by her own husband President Bill who commuted the jail sentences of a group of Puerto Rican FALN terrorists in order to curry favor for his wife’s election with New York City’s large Puerto Rican community.

And on and on. This is just a handful of the major cases that we know about, never mind the hundreds large and small that we don’t. In fact, the very terms “Democrat” and “voter fraud” are synonymous, and everybody knows it. Just say “Louisiana” or “St. Louis” or “Chicago” or “urban Democrat political machine” and you can smell the fraudulent elections, decade after decade.

Vote once, vote twice, Democrats get in office through vice.

Yet how many small-town elections are corrupt, or rural elections, or suburban elections in Republican areas?

Darned few, if any at all.

Now the Republican party has struck back in a small way with this High Court ruling, and the Democrats are enraged, this after Hillary Clinton has for years been advocating that voters should be able to walk into a polling place, register and then vote all at once, while her party has been pushing ideas like ‘motor-voter’ registration wherein citizens can register to vote at the department of motor vehicles.

Does this not somehow suspiciously connect up with Democrats’ push to give drivers’ licenses to illegal aliens?

It does. And this is the type of corruption that Republicans have been up against for decades.

Kudos to the Supreme Court for striking once in favor of democracy and free elections. Maybe someday the Democrats will hold a purple-thumb election as free from fraud as the one a few years ago in Iraq. But that election frightened Dems because in it they saw an outcome with an ink-stained finger showing a fair result, and not with the ‘invisible hand’ of corruption directing the election to a candidate chosen in a back-alley deal.

OH MY GAWD! You mean dead people won’t be able to vote anymore? I thought the Constitution protected their right to vote!! What are we coming to in this country when the sacred right to vote is extinguished like this? I just can’t believe we’re taking away the right of dead people to vote!!!!!!!!!

Nikitas you’ve hit the nail right on the head. I’m glad to know that at least one liberal judge and the Supreme Court showed some integrity on this issue!

Please folks do your homework… Look at the massive amounts of information from the investigation of citizens into the 2004 election. This was done by both parties, and the cover-up of it that is ongoing is by both parties. You can like or dislike a candidate in this country, but we should enjoy or suffer through the person that actually won the election. Election theft is a great stain on this country. Don’t allow it to continue. The days of “trust us” elections is over, and they need to be real. The attitude of “my guy won, so I don’t care” is sick. Google “Ohio Election Fraud” and start studying. Assist election integrity activists in your state. Take the high road, insist our elections are “real”.
