2004404591 It’s does your heart good to see Al Sharpton facing problems for not paying $1.5 million in taxes.  Here is a man who made his living acting holier-than-thou and now it turns out he is nothing but a common crook.  The quick to blame preacher isn’t so quick to accept responsibility either.  Here’s the story:

But government records indicate he and his business entities owe nearly $1.5 million in overdue taxes and associated penalties.

The U.S. attorney is investigating his nonprofit group, a probe that Sharpton brushes off as the kind of annoyance civil-rights figures have come to expect from the government.

“Whatever retaliation they do on me, we never stop,” he said. “I think that that is why they try to intimidate us.”

The IRS has some nerve expecting Sharpton to pay his fair share of taxes. (G)

I know this has nothing to do with his tax issues, but I still gotta say it. Tawana Brawley.

He wont have to pay those taxes back because he is due reparations, right?
How about we let him slide on paying if he agrees to be minted an officer in the army and made chaplain and sent to Iraq for a couple of tours of duty.
