Update: Go to Birth Certificate Now, and sign the petition!

If you only get your news from the Mainstream Media you have probably missed the debate over Barack Hussein Obama II’s birth records.

A brief synopsis is that someone brought up questions about the circumstances of BHO’s birth because of the doubt as to whether or not his parents were married or not. Then Markos Moulitsas (co-founder of the DailyKOS) obtained (according to him) a copy of the birth certificate (actually it was a Certificate of Live Birth) from BHO’s campaign staff’ which he then posted on DailyKOS. Members of BHO’s staff publicly acknowledged that the document posted by KOS was a true copy.

BHO’s internet “truth squad” posted the same document as did the LA Times, all proclaiming it to be real and given them by BHO’s staff. Now a foreign blogger with the help of others has discovered the truth about this “real” birth certificate…IT’S A FAKE.

BHO’s site is still claiming it is real in spite of the evidence. Debunkers have even have tied the document to a “forger”.

The unanswered questions now are:

Why is Barack Hussein Obama lying about it and what is he trying to cover up?

Blog web sites with this information are disappearing fast. Michelle Malkin has a story on it entitled “The Buzz About Barack’s Birth Certificate” I think the American public has the right to know if a candidate for President meets the Constitution criteria for the job. Obama’s stonewalling and lying about this issue raise a lot of questions not just about his lack of character but about his origins. Since it is doubtful that his parents were legally married. I would respectfully ask someone to do a FOIA request for Obama’s passport application and records to see what it says and what documents were provided in support of his application, or perhaps he has been doing his international travel on his Kenyan passport.

    Any particular reason why you threw his middle name in there?

    If you think there should be a FOIA request submitted on this then just submit one. Anyone can do it. Get off your lazy ass and do something about it if you think this is is a legitimate story.

    Ted, is there any particular reason why TXpoet should have left out the middle name of this preidential candidate when discussing his heritage and the documentation thereof?

    And “FREEdom of information” requests are not actually “free.” We don’t have the budget to pay for one right now…and as the admin of Ft Hard Knox, I don’t really need the info, and can’t justify the expense (which will likely be a few hundred dollars), since I’m not considering voting for Obama, anyway. It seems more reasonable for people who have not yet made up their minds about who to vote for to do this research, and pay for it. Or, better yet…how about someone from the temporarily-suspended Clinton campaign, since they potentially have the most to gain from a FOIA search on this topic.

    Make him show a valid birth certificate prior to inauguration.
