Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and the Democrats are on taxpayer funded vacations, while many of the taxpayers that voted them into office are having to cancel vacations this year, because they can’t afford the gas. The Republicans, however, are back to work in D.C., calling for President Bush to call a special session of Congress, to vote on lifing the Congressional Drilling ban…before they go on vacation.

Astoundingly, this has been treated largely as a non-event by the Main Stream Media. However, you can follow this exciting event live all day, on Qik and Twitter. Also, be sure to listen to Snooper at 1pm Central and Media Lizzy at 2pm Central Blog Talk Radio.
