Free Speech May Be Free But It is Not Without Consequences. It May Cost Us Our Lives.

I published this piece just before I began blogging for Pajamas Media. It appeared in Family Security Matters on September 24, 2007. The themes continue to interest me. Unfortunately, the piece remains quite up-to-date.

Terrorists do not terrify me-but the passivity of their potential victims does as does their glazed-over glamorization of fascist and totalitarian leaders. That Columbia has again invited Mr. Amadinejad to lecture does not surprise me; that so many “good” people have not grasped the inevitability of such an invitation deeply saddens me…Continue reading on Chesler Chronicles >>

Normally, I enjoy posting my feelings on the so called administration. And, believe me when I say, I don’t like or trust any of them. Period!

However, today on Greta’s blog, I noticed one particular posting that disturbed me JUST a little. Actually, quite alot. Most of the time it’s obvious when there is anger in postings. This specific posting might be bait for whoever chooses to bite. Not me! And, quite frankly it kind of scared me. Normally, you see nothing like the one that I read. I am choosing not to tell you what it said because of F-E-A-R! I believe the posting was deliberately posted by someone in the administration. They are the only people that I believe would try and trap people on how they feel on certain issues. Please read Greta’s postings, and, I believe you will see the one that I am wanting to discuss, but, am having a difficult time trusting anyone. It’s a posting on the trip to Cairo. Something is wrong with the picture that I am seeing very clearly. And, I am sure it’s not clear to most, and, it’s very dirty!

This comment section is for the readers of Ft. Hard Knox, a place for political conservatives to share information about online activism. We are not "fair and balanced," and we aren't refereeing a "free speech zone." Intelligent, funny, and on-topic comments are welcome. Trolls, spam, and liberal propaganda are not. We may occassionally approve a comment with an obvious lefty-slant so that we can amuse ourselves by making fun of it, but most will be deleted. (Why? Because we're busy, we have lives, and when we want to talk to you we'll go visit you on Digg or the Daily KOS.)

This is a private blog, and we reserve the right to make up our own rules as we go along. The few comments which manage to squeak by our censors reflect the opinion of the commentator, and not necessarily the staff of Ft. Hard Knox.

Hint: One sure-fire way to get your comment sent directly to the "spam" folder is to call us "racists" for disagreeing with a policy of the current POTUS or speaking out against terrorism.
