Loose Change Fried 6

See Loose Change Fried 1, Loose Change Fried 2, Loose Change Fried 3, Loose Change Fried 4, and Loose Change Fried 5.

It’s time to continue exposing the lies from Loose Change, continuing from my previous article.

At 36 minutes and 5 seconds, Loose Change repeats the freefall lie.  However, as you see from the picture here, the debris OUTSIDE the building falls FASTER than the floors.

Loose Change also claims that 200,000 tons of steel shattered into sections no more than a couple feet long while ignoring the fact that it’s difficult to get an accurate sense of scale when referring to the WTC ( source).

Avery also claims that tons of concrete were pulverized into dust, but as this site  points out, that is an assumption ( again, the first 3 letters of assume accurately describe what the “truthers” keep making of themselves), as there was plenty of concrete that was NOT dust.  This link also reminds us that there was plenty of gypsum, insulation, etc that would be much easier to pulverize into dust than concrete.

At 36 minutes and 22 seconds, Loose Change asks what brought down the WTC.  Hint:  it’s called gravity ( reference).   As for the source of gravity, that would be a little thing we call the Earth.

These quotes from here from Loose Change in the same time frame come from Van Romero, the Vice President for Research at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology: “My opinion is, based on the videotapes, after the airplanes hit the World Trade Center, there were some explosive devices inside that caused the towers to collapse. The collapses were too methodical to be a chance result of airplanes colliding with the structures, ” and from ten days later, “Certainly the fire is what caused the building to fail.”

Next, at 36 minutes and 48 seconds,  Loose Change wants to know why Romero suddenly changed his mind.  As we see here, the answer is simple:  Unlike the CT’s, Van Romero is honest and talked to the REAL experts. In other words, he talked to the structural engineers and people involved in the investigation and admitted he was wrong.

At 36 minutes, and 52 seconds, Loose Change states that the WTC was designed to withstand a Boeing 707 hitting it.  While this is technically true, this quote from here  tells us what Loose Change left out: “Yes, a 707 lost in the fog, traveling at approach speed after dumping fuel. Anyway, the buildings did withstand the impact, despite heavy damage. What impresses most engineers is how long the buildings stood up.”

Loose Change claims that Underwriters Laboratories certified the steel used in the WTC which is a blatant lie ( source).

At 38 minutes and 20 seconds, Loose Change claims that not even the experts agree with each other.  Again, that’s false- In point of fact, not one single structural engineer ( you know, the guys who are actually QUALIFIED in this area) has agreed with the CT’s ( source).

From 40 minutes and 58 seconds to 42 minutes and 54 seconds, Avery harps on the loud noises (  explosions) and flashes of light as the WTC collapse. However, as this site reminds us, 1) Most explosions are not caused by bombs, 2) 200 million pounds falling onto 800 million pounds is going to be a bit noisy, and 3) Electrical cables and transformers blowing are going to cause flashes of light.

Oh, this site also raises another excellent point:  If the elevator shafts were hermetically sealed and airtight, then how the heck did people get in and out of the elevators?

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to fertilize my garden with Loose Change-  the only time it’ll ever be put to good use.

Young Obamanazis…(Updated)

UPDATE: I had to add this “ticket” (right) that “Obama for Omerica” left in the comment section. Click on the image to enlarge.

WARNING: Don’t watch this if you have a weak stomach. I remember a time when kids would get together like this in this country and sing songs like this about Jesus. Actually, it still happens in rural America, where people are clinging to their guns and religion.

But in a certain neighborhood in LA, California, they’re singing about the Obamessiah, instead. Nevermind that most of these kids were waaaaay too old to be doing the hand motions to their songs, and that this little production required a cast and crew of around 70 people, and that NBC and/or the Obama campaign apparently sponsored this (not just a bunch of crazed Obamaparents – more at ScoopThis.org)…What I don’t understand is what on earth could these kids be so unhappy about…what, exactly, do they want “changed?!”

Ed Morrissey compares this to Hitler Youth and Communist indoctrination on HotAir.

U.S. Treasury Issues New $1 Bill

It seems the treasury department is always finding ways to make our money more interesting. Many of you may have seen the new bills which are now color-coded to make it a little harder for counterfeiters. Some of you may be collecting the “state quarters,” designed to commemorate each of the states in the order that they became part of the union. Well, now, those creative folks at the treasury department have found a way to make our money more accurately reflect the feeling of many about the current state of the U.S. Economic market.

A Planet where Apes evolved from Men? There’s got to be an answer.

In Planet Of The Apes, Chuck famously finds Bin Laden’s cave and forces Osama down to the beach, where the shit of the desert promptly becomes enraged at the sight of Nova in a rag bikini.

“Infidel blasphemer!” yells the old bladder in a bag, fraud, pervert and weirdy beardy. In Beneath the Planet Of The Islamists, er, Apes, Chuck shoots Iran’s President Armachimphead dead, as the President of Hell on Earth grovels pantless, while worshipping The Holy War Bomb. It’s a classic! “You bloody baboon!” says Chuck in the final scene.

“There’s got to be an answer”. And there is an answer. The answer is Islam, Communism and PC neo-Marxist Left Liberalism. Put ‘em all together and whatta ya got? An upside down Monkey Planet and madhouse. Your standard Planet of the Apes. Chuck was right and not just about Dr Zaius.

“You dirty…I oughta kill you right now”. -Taylor

Dig. Here are wonderful UK Muslims and blacks grooming British children for prostitution.

“It still doesn’t give me the why. A planet where apes evolved from men? There’s got to be an answer”. -Taylor

“Don’t look for it Taylor, you may not like what you find”. -Dr Zaius

Hey yeah, now dig. The Taliban and Hamas ad nauseum are not anomalies of Islam. No siree. They ARE Islam. Just like the SS were Nazism and Stalin was and still is the natural and logical high point of totalitarian Communism…Continue reading on Colonel Robert Neville Always Dresses for Dinner >>

I’m Using Zemanta

Are you?

I don’t remember how I found it but when I did, I took the opportunity to give it a test run and I haven’t placed it in the trash yet so it must be doing something right.  I’m notoriously picky about “gadgets” and add-on’s I use.

Zemanta can be used either as a browser add-on or a Wordpress plug-in.  So far I haven’t noticed any significant browser slowdown and I chose that route because my plug-in list already looks like the first five books of the bible.

I could go on and on providing techie details in my own words but the FAQ and Demo at the Zemanta website gives a very detailed and clear description of what it is, what it can do, what it can’t do and what’s in the works for future releases.  Already winning points with me!  How many times have you looked into the latest techie “gadget” and walked away from the FAQ more confused than when you started?

So if you feel adventurous go give it a whirl.  Below are a few pros and cons from my personal experience so far.

Pros:

  1. A pretty cool interface when posting to your blog. (see screen shot above)
  2. It allows you to link up to your MyBlogLog, FaceBook, Twitter and Flickr accounts as well as a few other networks I don’t use.  I’m linked to my accounts but I am still testing this for usefulness.

Cons:

  1. The “related” articles it suggest reads like the front page of Digg, all liberal, all the time.  But I am still tinkering with the filter to weed those disgusting sites out.
  2. The articles it suggest are typically a few days or weeks old, so they are irrelevant much of the time.

Have fun!

NOTE:  To all of the Ft. Hard Knox Web Warriors, I really did this because Jenn is very mean to me and made me do it.  Beware her wrath!  :-)

My Jewish New Year Prayer for Us All

September 29, 2008 by Phyllis Chesler

We Jews are about to celebrate a new year again. We have been at this for 5,769 years, which is quite a long time considering that everyone else we once knew, (the Hittes, Jebusites, Phlishtim-even the ancient pre-Islamic Egyptians), have come and gone. As they say: “We’re still here,” a little worn and a little weary. Even as we miraculously inhabit our Biblical homeland once again, our right to it remains under profound and existential siege and our people, our precious youth, generation after generation, must continue to risk death in order to defend our right to be there.

We have entered an economic recession at a moment when the world has been practicing blaming the Jews for at least a decade. Things are moving very fast now. Pro-Palestine and anti-Israel conferences are being funded and are taking place in universities all over the Western world. The United Nations continues their pathologically deadly game against us. Iran threatens the nuclear annihilation of Israel-and Larry King interviews him. Many of Israel’s leaders have proved to be corrupt, timid, and flat out wrong, as have many of the leaders of major Jewish organizations outside of Israel…Continue reading on Chesler Chronicles >>

‘Killing One Jew Is Like Killing 30 Million’ says Hamas MP

September 29, 2008 by Orlando

There is the quote and video of the Hamas VP calling for the killing of Jews.

Fathi Hammad: The approaching victory, about which we are talking, is not limited to Palestine. You are creatin More..g the ethos of victory for all Arabs and Muslims, and Allah willing, even on the global level. Why? Because Allah has chosen you to fight the people He hates most – the Jews. Allah said: “You shall find the worst enemies of the believers to be the Jews and the polytheists.” In other words, the Jews, who number 15 million all over the world, are equivalent to 4.5 billion infidels in their corruption and their struggle against the religion of Islam. Therefore, our heroic prisoners who were arrested for killing Jews should know that by the grace of Allah, killing a single Jew is the same as killing 30 million Jews. Therefore, the reward of our martyrs is great, and your reward is also great.
