So long, Sucka!

Well, it seems that MSNBC has finally noticed that their point man for the political season is an absolute tool. His blatant disregard for the idea of unbiased journalism has finally cost him.

According to nytimes.com – “Executives at the channel’s parent company, NBC Universal, had high hopes for MSNBC’s coverage of the political conventions. Instead, the coverage frequently descended into on-air squabbles between the anchors, embarrassing some workers at NBC’s news division, and quite possibly alienating viewers.”

He has been an embarassment to even the expected left-leaning network, and its too bad they are not taking him off the air completely.

I think it’s likely that MSNBC itself will fold before they get rid of Olbermann. Several articles have appeared about the problems there and no one seems to be in charge. Or Olbermann is in charge. There is near open warfare between Olbermann and Matthews. I’m telling you, it’s pretty fun to watch.

It is amazing, however, that that the NYT actually gave a pretty fair assessment of the situation. We’ll all be watching to see how this comes out.

I would love to see Olby go down the toilet in shame. He is the prime example of what needs to be flushed at MSNBC.

We are not "fair and balanced," and we aren't refereeing a "free speech zone." Intelligent, funny, and on-topic comments are welcome. Trolls, spam, and liberal propaganda are not.
