Actor Matt Damon criticizes Alaska governor Sarah Palin, citing her inexperience in national politics and comparing her candidacy to “a bad Disney movie.”
This comment section is for the readers of Ft. Hard Knox, a place for political conservatives to share information about online activism. We are not "fair and balanced," and we aren't refereeing a "free speech zone." Intelligent, funny, and on-topic comments are welcome. Trolls, spam, and liberal propaganda are not. First it was Matthew Modine calling McCain a failure for being shot down three times in Vietnam and now this. While they are both dunderheads at least Damon can act.
Hey Hollywood stars, only you and your vast experience, training, insight and mature sense of responsibility in er, acting, can save the world. Our spoiled celebrities almost invariably invert all their previously espoused “values” when confronted with those values in authentic action by an actual person, who is not exactly like them. They are coformist phony rebels almost to a man and woman.
They bore one. Their often natural conceit, mediocrity of intellect and lack of authentic values is writ large in the 90% failure rate of their often dull, uninteresting and stupid products. Not always, sure, lots of good stuff, but er, not really enough considering how fabulous they often believe their superior undergraduate opinions to be.

Governor of Aalaska, putting in the legislative etc, groundwork for a vast gas pipeline, effectively dealing with corruption from both parties, being a Mayor one of five main towns, working in the highly political and major fishing industry, raising five great kids, and yet these frauds and hypocrites talk about Palin in anti-women ways that mostly died of 30 years ago.
Palin is only a “Hockey Mom” to bigots, fakes and other assorted Leftard Liberals. What an insulting little fully catered shit he is. Suddenly a very successful, genuine, courageous woman who ran a state, is by default of being a Conservative and Christian instead of what a coke sucking movie star approves of, is a “hockey Mom”.
Damon, you are a dumb, second hand cliched opinion spouting, smug, narrow minded, stupid Bel Air bastard, mate. Your are the one who is “totally absurd”. What a pathetic and thin gruel of non-ideas your mind survives on. Lucky you’re a rich actor, and don’t really always need to be responsible for the logical end of your er, thought process’s.
You can see how far Matt goes for his information, no further than the mythical hockey Moms he looks down on. What a clueless, lazy, bubble wrapped bog standard Hollywood shit.
Oh, I get it, lets have Hollywood stars, pop singers and eternally tenured academics run everything. That’s gotta work.

I’m so disappointed in Matt Damon. He used to be one of my favorite actors. He’s still a good actor – but since he obviously knows nothing about politics, why doesn’t he just shut up about it, and act?
