Apparently you didn’t read the entire article or you would know that our current power grid is overtaxed and in dire need of assistance . . .

And once you plop a power plant in some place who would want to live in the area? Which would cause all the property in the area to drop in value.
Plus it takes 10-15 years to build a nuke plant – and it has to be next to running water.

Here is a solution – let them all go bankrupt and put the property up for sale on auction. I would gladly buy a few houses for 10 cents on the dollar.
