From everything I have researched in the last two years, has lead me to conclude that Obama was selected, tutored, groomed, scripted, and financed by Radical Marxist/Socialists to become the puppet leader of the USSA.

There is a vast difference between Social Democrats and Radical Marxist/Socialists. Hillary Clinton is a Social Democrat. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Schumer, Durbin, Franks,Boxer, and a few others now in Congress are Radical Marxist/Socialists.

I pray that I am wrong, but from everything I have researched, I believe Obama, with a Reid Pelosi led Congress, with a radical judicial system will pull a Hugo Chavez.

Bhuddamonk, I really do believe that most of the “Nazi cop” stories that have been circulated about the National Guard, Blackwater, and the Louisiana and New Orleans police have been debunked, or are at the very least unsubstantiated.

Nonetheless, to the degree which it may have been true that civilian weapons were confiscated from law-abiding New Orleans residents – I agree with you. Hurricane Katrina’s aftermath was a prime example of why civilians need the right to carry weapons, to defend themselves.

But inexusable behavior on the part of legitimate cops acting under dire (and very unusual circumstances) does not does not indicate that we need Obama’s version of “brownshirts” roaming the neighborhoods.

The reports on the ground is that they were confiscating firearms of citizens attempting to protect themselves from the very roaming gangs of thugs that were preying on the law abiding populace. Do the research yourself, don’t trust what I’m saying, Google “Blackwater + Katrina” and come up with your own conclusions.

In addition, I am not an Obama supporter. It would be ideal to have intelligent discourse without using “Leftist” and “Liberal” overtones. I bet you $1 USD that I own twice as many firearms as you do. I know my rights, and because I am an informed citizen doesn’t mean I’m a Obama supporter.

That ‘kids for Obama’ video was put together as a scare-bomb: it was intended to mock up Obama’s popularity and freak certain people out. Like much of what’s on the Internet, it wasn’t what it purported to be; that was an incredibly creepy video and a person would be mad to think it could convince people to follow its purported message. Reverse psychology has been heavily used in advertising and campaigning, and that’s what that video was.

If you disbelieve this, try to find a copy of it where the person uploading it didn’t call it ‘creepy’ or in some way reference Nazis. Everyone who posted that video brought up the Nazis, there wasn’t a single upload that was serious about it. The left wasn’t responsible.

It was cleverly done, but keep in mind that all Presidential elections are psy-ops campaigns. There aren’t any plans in the Obama camp to turn American children into the Hitler Youth. No sane American politician would touch national socialism in any form with a ten-foot-pole.

On the other hand, our personal freedoms, judicial safety and privacy are at historic lows right now. At any time, you could be accused of terrorism on virtually any basis and held without trial or representation, and you don’t get to bring your guns to defend yourself when they bring you in. That’s happened already to American citizens, usually because they were protesting: and you might not agree with today’s protesters, but you should protect your right to protest all the same: if a leftist ticket that you don’t agree with should win the Presidency, you should have the right to protest without being labeled a terrorist.
If you think it can’t happen to you, then Germany of the ’30s may have a lesson for you there.

Don’t be scared back into that corral by a mock-up video of creepy little kids. These guys are not on your side: they don’t want you hand in hand with them, they want you in that corral where they can use you and direct you. Unless you’re a banker who’s honestly benefiting from them, don’t go into their corral over their lame psych-out tactics, your very real freedoms are being stolen from your back pocket while you fret about this. You’re not in the club: you’re the proletariat to them, the unwashed masses, like it or not. If they can use you they will.

I’m not telling you to vote in one way or another, but keep your eyes on *all* these guys, and judge fascist intentions by fascist acts.

The biggest problem in Katrina were the gangs of street thugs, looting, and shooting at the rescue helicopters That was actually documented on film, unlike the outrageous rumors about soldiers and cops, which in the end, turned out to be just that – unsubstantiated rumors.. The street thugs are the same folks that Obama wants to round up and use as his minions to usher in the new Obamareich.

I’m totally for the people of this great country policing themselves. Part of the problem is that we as a people have lost faith in the “police departments” to protect us. Its sad but necessary that at some point, we have to rise up and keep each other safe from our own government. If you rely on the police to protect you you are a fool.
