The Bailout will be provided by the Obama administration when they make abortion legal under any and all circumstances, regardless of age or legal circumstance. I think it's time to lock up our daughters so they dont get pregnant at age 12 by some left wing nutbag who has more rights under the law than any of us law abiding citizens who actively vote.
