What he said is true. Anyone who suspects and then resents, for whatever reason, that Holder was trying to make people feel guilty about this truth should take one look back at all the right-wing blabbering after Hurricane Katrina. Right-Wing awareness of The Lower Ninth Ward before Katrina was nil. Afterward, all the right could write about was how lazy the black people were and how they expected handouts from the government.
