This comment section is for the readers of Ft. Hard Knox, a place for political conservatives to share information about online activism. We are not "fair and balanced," and we aren't refereeing a "free speech zone." Intelligent, funny, and on-topic comments are welcome. Trolls, spam, and liberal propaganda are not. We may occassionally approve a comment with an obvious lefty-slant so that we can amuse ourselves by making fun of it, but most will be deleted. (Why? Because we're busy, we have lives, and when we want to talk to you we'll go visit you on Digg or the Daily KOS.)
This is a private blog, and we reserve the right to make up our own rules as we go along. The few comments which manage to squeak by our censors reflect the opinion of the commentator, and not necessarily the staff of Ft. Hard Knox.
Hint: One sure-fire way to get your comment sent directly to the "spam" folder is to call us "racists" for disagreeing with a policy of the current POTUS or speaking out against terrorism.

Those who label President Obama’s 1st 100 days as “The Worst” give fail to acknowledge the mess he was left with. Oh but then again should anyone be surprised?
Those who continue to harp on “the mess Obama was left with” fail to remember that Obama was indeed a sitting Senator during the two years preceding his Presidency. They fail to understand that Obama was a part of the Democrat-controlled Congress that left his current administration with “the mess” they are now complaining about. They are ignoring the fact that Obama voted for the very legislation that he is now trying to blame on Bush.
Oh, and the people who are now trolling the web seeking out opportunities to proclaim their allegiance to “The One” seem to be blissfully ignorant of the fact that had the economy not collapsed, their Obamessiah would still be a Senator from IL.
Really? That’s best you can come up with? Obama won because he wasn’t a senile old man who ran his campaign full force into the ground. And as far as McCaine goes, he continuously voted for the legislation that everybody wants to blame solely on democrats. He was by far the lesser of two evils. But do you know who constantly warned against such legislation? Bob Barr. If you want to be a republican, fine. But don’t keep calling yourselves conservatives when the reps spend just as much money as the dems on crazy anti-social lobbying or corrupt pork projects. You should also quit laying blame with the dems on all of the evils of this world. At least they hold true to the liberal end of the spectrum. Let’s call the republican party what it really is these days, Jacksonian Democrats.
Brooks, you haven’t spent much time at Ft. Hard Knox have you? If you had, you’d know that there isn’t a lot of McCain or Republican Party adulation on this blog.
As for a Bob Barr supporter referring to McCain as a “senile old man,” well…I hope you meant that as a joke, because it was pretty funny.
