To right the so called wrongs do to the blacks they were given favorable treat when it came to promotions. I saw a black SSG get a promotion to SFC over white SSG, who worked in the unit, just because he was black. They overlook the fact that the black SSG had a court martial on his record and the white SSG didn't. Just think of the New Haven firefighters and powers to be just don't care. That's OK though because I am just a hard-working caucasian male. It is my responsibility to atone for those who were born centuries before me and (pay) pave the way for those who seek to work less and achieve more.
