Impeaching a Congressman would either require that a majority of the Congressional body do it or that the people whom they represent petition for a recall. Only two States prohibit recall petions. For information on this subject see the article at Free Republic, contact the Secretary of State in your State of residence for specifics on how petition must be formatted then start a grassroots movement to get the proper amount of signatures. Due to many petitions being disqualified due to bad signatures all signatures should be verified with either valid driver's licenses or voter registration cards. The procedure is not easy but it will show the elected officials we mean business.
