Hawaii has an open records law, similar to the federal “Freedom of Information Act.” A few individuals are looking for equal justice under that law. The articles below are suggested, roughly in this order, to understand the events, aspects, and nuances of the attempts to discover what the alleged “Hawaiian Birth Certificate” of Barack Obama actually is and what has been done with it, by whom, over the years.

Arthur Conan Doyle originally wrote his Sherlock Holmes stories as serials, published in a magazine. That art imitates the real life of a journaled investigation.

New York Times Says the Darnedest Things, Regarding ACORN, Van Jones, and so on and so forth

What do you make of this? Yes, it is humorous, but, I don’t think that was the main effect they were going for, over at Marxstream Media, Manhattan.

Tuning In Too Late

ON Sept. 12, an Associated Press article inside The Times reported that the Census Bureau had severed its ties to Acorn, [sic, ACORN] the community organizing group. Robert Groves, the census director, was quoted as saying that Acorn, one of thousands of unpaid organizations promoting the 2010 census, had become “a distraction.”

What the article didn’t say — but what followers of Fox News and conservative commentators already knew — was that a video sting had caught Acorn workers counseling a bogus prostitute and pimp on how to set up a brothel staffed by under-age girls, avoid detection and cheat on taxes. The young woman in streetwalker’s clothes and her companion were actually undercover conservative activists with a hidden camera.

It was an intriguing story: employees of a controversial outfit, long criticized by Republicans as corrupt, appearing to engage in outrageous, if not illegal, behavior. An Acorn worker in Baltimore was shown telling the “prostitute” that she could describe herself to tax authorities as an “independent artist” and claim 15-year-old prostitutes, supposedly illegal immigrants, as dependents.

But for days, as more videos were posted and government authorities rushed to distance themselves from Acorn, The Times stood still. Its slow reflexes — closely following its slow response to a controversy that forced the resignation of Van Jones, a White House adviser — suggested that it has trouble dealing with stories arising from the polemical world of talk radio, cable television and partisan blogs. Some stories, lacking facts, never catch fire. But others do, and a newspaper like The Times needs to be alert to them or wind up looking clueless or, worse, partisan itself.

Some editors told me they were not immediately aware of the Acorn videos on Fox, YouTube and a new conservative Web site called BigGovernment.com. When the Senate voted to cut off all federal funds to Acorn, there was not a word in the newspaper, although a report in the Caucus blog that day covered the action. When the New York City Council froze all its funding for Acorn and the Brooklyn district attorney opened a criminal investigation, there was still nothing.

Readers noticed. James Jeff Crocket of New Britain, Conn., spoke for many when he said he was sure he knew why the paper was silent: “protecting the progressive movement.”

The piece goes on, tip-toeing an imaginary line between confession and denial, apology and excuse. This, particularly, brings a lasting smile:

Jill Abramson, the managing editor for news, agreed with me that the paper was “slow off the mark,” and blamed “insufficient tuned-in-ness to the issues that are dominating Fox News and talk radio.” She and Bill Keller, the executive editor, said last week that they would now assign an editor to monitor opinion media and brief them frequently on bubbling controversies. Keller declined to identify the editor, saying he wanted to spare that person “a bombardment of e-mails and excoriation in the blogosphere.”

Despite what the critics think, Abramson said the problem was not liberal bias.

Liberal bias? Naaaa. The solution to the not really bias? Let us see that again: “…assign an editor to monitor opinion media and brief them frequently on bubbling controversies.” The “controversies” of “opinion media?” Is that what you call journalism, from those pesky Americans who happen to believe government should abide by the Constitution, Mr. Hoyt? And, do you really purport, your comrades are so Old World that they fail to heed any particular kinds of new, er… “opinion media?”

Here is how it closes. (Still grinning and shaking my head, as fingers move on the keyboard.)

But Rosenstiel said The Times has a particular problem with conservatives, especially after its article last year suggesting that John McCain had an extramarital affair. And Republicans earlier this year charged that the paper killed a story about Acorn that would have been a “game changer” in the presidential election — a claim I found to be false.“If you know you are a target, it requires extra vigilance,” Rosenstiel said. “Even the suspicion of a bias is a problem all by itself.”

Near Term Future, in the Soros-Obama-Pelosi War on America

For two weeks, my humble Investigating Obama offered a reader poll in its sidebar (approximately September 1-14). It read as follows and the results are now added at the end of each choice, below.

What do you think will happen this fall, if Obama’s approval rating dips to 45% or under?

1. BHO stages a false-flag terrorist attack; declares Martial Law (35 votes, 14%)
2. BHO uses Avian Swine Flu somehow; nearly declares Martial Law (53 votes, 21%)
3. BHO tries to shut down pro-America radio a/o Internet (56 votes, 22%)
4. BHO smiles as Czars gradually usurp more power (41% votes, 16%)
5. BHO becomes more mistake-prone; starts to lose it (33% votes, 13%)
6. BHO merely suffers through, like Carter (16 votes, 6%)
7. BHO finds a way to become more popular (15 votes, 6%)

My thanks to those who responded.  As you permit, here is my take.

As I see it, Barack Obama was sent as the Marxist suffering messiah for a malicious movement to establish the globally controlled state — not necessarily the Marxist reigning messiah, though he may “hope.” That is, his job is to destroy free America and if necessary, go down with the ship of state. In the near future, I anticipate issuing a further exploration of this view.

This being the case, all that this corrupt regime of usurpation and insurrection has to do, to be successful, is to destroy the wealth of the middle class, while building the ranks of the state-dependent and thus allegiance-compelled proletariat. That is what Marxists do. That is what George Soros does.

Their behavior indicates they are dead serious about this objective. They mean to be thorough and being thorough takes time. I believe Autumn would simply be premature, for a drastic move to establish revolutionary “martial law” in America. The government health control initiative may be held in abeyance throughout the Fall, now. The same may, and must be true for their “cap and trade,” for proposed “Federal Reserve oversight,” and whatever other major damage they legislatively intend.

As for the Fying Pig Flu (the odds of a flying pig seeming to be the chance for this recombinant avian/swine flu to develop naturally, according to former NIS scientist, Alexander S. Jones — conveniently springing out of Mexico City, during Spring Break, to boot) otherwise known as h1n1, indications are, it will be deadly for many, throughout the world. But, at least at this time, it appears not able to ravage enough Americans to provide fodder for Janet Napolitano’s DHS to exercise the revolutionary power commensurate with this regime’s apparent wishes. This should be true especially as we redouble in our humble prayers for protection from this pandemic.

Shutting down the Internet and other Americanist/Constitutionalist media would be a necessary step in the kinds of drastic revolution mentioned in I.O. poll choice number one and perhaps, choice two. But, such unconstitutional acts by government would risk a severe backlash, especially if they were done not in conjunction with other massive treachery, such as a clever, false-flat terrorist attack, blamed upon constitutionalist patriots.

Therefore, I chose choice number four: “BHO smiles as Czars gradually usurp more power.” All this republic scarring czaring is a visible part of the build-up of the Shadow Government, so well described by DiscoverTheNetworks.org as related by Jim O’Neil, in his expose’, George Soros, Republic Enemy #1:

“By his [Soros’] own admission, he helped engineer coups in Slovakia, Croatia, Georgia, and Yugoslavia. When Soros targets a country for “regime change,” he begins by creating a shadow government—a fully formed government-in-exile, ready to assume power when the opportunity arises. The Shadow Party he has built in America greatly resembles those he has created in other countries prior to instigating a coup.”
The above quote was, of course, written before the Presidential Election. So was the following quote from a November 2008 edition of the German magazine “Der Spiegel,” in which Soros gives his opinion on what the next POTUS should do after taking office. “I think we need a large stimulus package….” Soros thought that around 600 billion would be about right.

Soros also said that “I think this is a great opportunity to finally deal with global warming and energy dependence. The U.S. needs a cap and trade system with auctioning of licenses for emissions rights.”

Any of this sound familiar?

As for the remaining choices, this truly evil movement, which has planted such large-scale socioeconomic Improvised Explosive Devices as the TARP and pseudo-stimulus acts, this insurrection bent on demolishing free America, this revolution building so much of its shadow government before our very eyes, will hardly settle for drifting into oblivion, Jimmy Carter-style. That is not why those behind Barack Obama and so many other crypto-Marxists in Washington, have invested so very much.

And while he practices methods aimed at becoming more popular, the information campaign of those fighting (and I mean fighting) for constitutional, authentic America will thwart Obama’s see-thru propaganda offensive, as massive as it is. The soul of too many Americans are becoming set to see this domestic (and foreign) enemy as it is, and to steadfastly despise it.

May it be so with you and all whom you may inform. Please pray and do; do and pray. This “last best hope of Earth” as we know it, depends upon you.

• Spread the word, about what treason is being done.
• Fight their “healthcare reform,” “cap and trade,” and “Federal Reserve oversight.”
• Become an energetic electoral activist, for truly constitutionalist candidates to local, state, and federal office — and please do not neglect the office of Sheriff.
• Tell everyone you know, with friends and family in our military and law enforcement community, about Oath Keepers.
• Network with your family, church-mates, and those nearby, who are also learning about this domestic war against America and prepare with them, for things to get more severe, in ensuing months.

“This is not a drill.” God provide for us all in this challenge. Our Creator’s plans are all about a Savior’s love, and for His intensive care, of those who allow His redemption by yielding to Him. Our Founding Fathers largely understood this grace, thus crafted our miraculous nation. Now, it is ours to renew and even to reestablish it. And our God, within whose intent providence we may act with supreme confidence, holds the timing.

As you may know through this venue, in Investigating Obama and on net-radio’s The Awakening, our compatriots and I have had something to say about this, for some time now.

The strategy and tactics of war are being waged upon America by the Soros/Obama/Pelosi Marxofascist insurgency and whatever powers behind them, of Marxist and fascist nations and financiers. America — authentic, constitutional America and the Americans true to it have simply not been fighting back by all necessary means.

But, America is awakening.

Of Barack Obama’s Speech to Children and the Central Usurpation of Powers

An article about an article, about a radio report — about the beginnings of treason

There are at least three problems in Obama’s predictably ministerial ploy upon America’s educational complex and upon our children:

1. the usurpation of state and local jurisdictions, by federal government, inherent in the orchestrating of this entire set of events
2. the (changing) suggestions or dictates of teacher-student behavior, to be carried out before and after the speech
3. the content of Obama’s speech

Presented below is the blog, American Daughter’s initial report on problem number one, the effective abrogation of federal and state constitutions, by Barack Obama and the Department of Education.

A reminder: every human has rights, which are inherent in the People. Our modes of government have powers proscribed by the People. In America, Citizens have enumerated natural rights, listed in the U.S. Constitution and unenumerated natural rights, which are not specified, but which are retained by the People. However, American bodies of government do not have any powers that are not constitutionally granted them by the People. See the Constitution’s Ninth and Tenth Amendments and the Preamble.

Major Breach of Protocol

Ignoring school superintendents, Obama wrote to school principals announcing his forthcoming speech to school children. This is a serious breach of protocol. All communications should be routed through the Superintendent of Schools for each district.

Not only was this bad manners bigtime, it has implications for states’ rights and local rights that go far beyond the one event. School districts are overseen by a School Board, usually elected by the citizens of the district. Voters expect that board to ensure an education that reflects their values and goals for their children. From an eHow campaign advisory:

Public education is one of our most crucial institutions. Participating in the body that oversees the policies and procedures governing schools is a major task … To get elected to the school board … know the concerns of the community and clarify how you can help achieve the goals and represent their values.

By deliberately cutting the local school boards and the superintendents out of the loop, Obama is essentially bypassing the voters, including parents. He is establishing a precedent for federal control of the children, for making them wards of the federal authority. This is totally a page out of the Marxist playbook that Obama and his office mate terrorist Bill Ayers used in Chicago.

Most of the controversy surrounding his scheduled speech and the lesson plan outlines prepared for teachers to use with it has been concern about the content of his remarks. Like a magician, education czar Arne Duncan has kept the American public focused on the rabbit in the tophat, waiting to see what it looks like when pulled out. If Obama’s speech turns out to be a pep talk about staying in school, working hard, and achieving goals, the American public will breathe a collective sigh of relief and think that nothing has gone wrong.

But the damage has already been accomplished in the process. Barack Hussein Obama communicated directly with all of the country’s school principals, and got them to march in lock step, without anyone screaming about the school boards being bypassed. The first step of the Marxist game plan is complete.

Why did I say that this was a predictable and “ministerial” move, by Obama? Because, by definition, that is the way in which Marxists and fascists operate, i.e., by central, governmental control, through various ministries. If you have been following the development of the Obama administration, you are seeing numerous other endeavors for ministerial control. Through the cabinet and through the “czars,” Barack Obama is attempting to impose this form of governmental tyranny upon America, in violation of the principles of the Declaration and the People’s foundationally mandated design of our method of self-governance, proscribed by means of the Constitution.

Such an organized and pervasive assault upon America is literally and thoroughly, treason, whether it comes by trickle, or by flood and whether it is caught in its initial ploys, or further on in the burgeoning injury to the People, inflicted by this insurrection.

Will You Let Your Child be Indoctrinated by Obama, Sept. 8?

Dear Parents,

Do you want Neo-Communist revolutionary, Barack “Fundamentally Change America” Obama, speaking to your children from the Oval Office?

Do you remember this?: As related in a few venues around a year ago, including “Investigating Obama: Career Path toward a Neo-Marxist Presidency,” this Obama is the very man who joined Weather Underground terrorist, Bill Ayers and fellow SDS member Michael Klonsky, a self-described Maoist communist, to gain tens of millions in Annenberg foundation money for an educational project, while passing much of it to ACORN and other insurgent “community organizations”

Their goal? To “raise political consciousnes,” chiefly among black school kids. Never mind reading, writing and arithmetic. What “political consciousness?” One attractive to Ayers, a self-proclaimed anarchistic communist. Ayers secured the purse, thus presumably played a responsible role in setting up young Mr. Obama as Chairman. They mingled in a small circle of Chicago’s education radicals, at the time. Historically, a key SDS and Weathermen objective was to piggyback upon any black separatist revolt in America, for their overall Marxist ends. Education and “community organizing” became key elements of the adjusted Weathermen model of revolution, when they confronted limits to the political success of blowing up buildings and the people in them.

Obama’s school-age mentor, Frank Marshall Davis had the same communist goals for public education. What a coincidence, for the boy now all grown up and hiring fellow Marxists and Social Darwinists into his shadowy “Czar” cabinet, over at 1600. Why, now this student is (allegedly) the President, of all of America! Leader of the free world! But, whether or not you believe Larry Sinclair, how would you feel, if Obama’s limo followed along and pulled over at the curb, where your child was walking to school?

Many parents around America will be keeping their children home, Tuesday, September 8.  But, many know nothing of the ongoing activities, planned for them.

Leading up to this event, teachers have been given exacting federal instructions from the U.S. Department of Education, about how to indoctrinate students for Obama. Remember when Ronald Reagan spoke of eliminating the DoEd? The following is copied from those instructions, a great deal of emphasis, mine:

Extension of the Speech: Teachers can extend learning by having students

• Create posters of their goals. Posters could be formatted in quadrants or puzzle pieces or trails marked with the labels: personal, academic, community, country. Each area could be labeled with three steps for achieving goals in those areas. It might make sense to focus on personal and academic so community and country goals come more readily.
• Write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president. These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals.
• Write goals on colored index cards or precut designs to post around the classroom.
• Interview and share about their goals with one another to create a supportive community.
• Participate in School wide incentive programs or contests for students who achieve their goals.
• Write about their goals in a variety of genres, i.e. poems, songs, personal essays.
• Create artistic projects based on the themes of their goals.
• Graph student progress toward goals

Students of Marxist psychological operations, “brainwashing,” and cult behavior overall will recognize the controlling powers of programmatic, coerced, and pervasively reinforced accountability to authorities and peers — practiced upon our children, no less. That dynamic is very “Weatherman,” as informant, Larry Grathwohl attests. (Congratulations, Billie Ayers, you educational authority, you! — you are really making headway! You studied up well, back when, as your wife had to do the bomb planting dirty work.)

Since when is it ruled, and from what higher power, that the person and the goals he may call his own are to be compartmentalized into one “quadrant” of one’s life? In truth, one’s personal life is definitively all of a person’s life — whether his attentions and efforts are spent in academics, work, church relationships, civic responsibilities, or other activities.  And all of that is his business, not government’s.

Do you wish your child to be taught, by that communist, that his very person is only good enough for one fourth of the ontological space his life takes up? — that as a student, academics, “community,” and the state take up the remaining three quarters?  Three quarters — you know, about the same ratio as the taxation into which your child appears headed.

From his numerous speeches, Obama’s answer clear, and right out of his Rev. Wright radical, liberation theology “church”: “our individual salvation depends on collective salvation.” While that would have been less than Good News to Christ’s Apostles, it would have had a certain ring to Marx and Engels, alright.

And then what is planned for The Next Big Obama Events, at school? Will our children be brought together to sing, “Obama’s gonna change it; Obama’s gonna lead ‘em?”

In ‘Justice’ Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Leo Donofrio Discovers ‘Progressive’ Eugenics on the SCOTUS Bench

A copy of the following came in an email. It is written by eligibility attorney/activist, Leo Donofrio, from his blog, Natural Born Citizen.

You see, Ruth Bader Ginsberg recently showed a lapse of the usual “Progressivist” deceit, a rare glimpse of honesty: that a primary reason for abortion in the United States is to reduce the population’s “undesirables.” However, if one examines Marxist, Social Darwinist ideological tradition, she is simply marching in step with her historic and contemporary comrades (see American and British “Progressivism” and German Nazism).

The reader may know that Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, was a racist eugenicist, celebrated by fellow “Progressives” and Ku Klux Klan alike. Planned Parenthood, to this date, markets their child murder inordinately into areas of the country where African-Americans are most prodigious. (See blackgenocide.org.)

It has been noted that Barack Obama, who has given us the Supreme Court nomination of Sonia Sotomayor (for whom Ginsburg has flaunted Court propriety by her public campaigning) has slaveholders in his lineage, but no known slaves, ironically enough. The virulent ideological strain, Marxism has also been found in his parentage, subsequently in his nurturing, training, political career development, and in his own words, methods, and now his White House transgressions. Accordingly, he has been a very aggressive champion of Planned Parenthood and abortion.

It should not come as a surprise that the Obama/Pelosi “Progressive” plan for “healthcare” includes measures which increasingly fund abortion by means of our confiscated tax dollars, plus measures which would curtail medical treatment of the elderly and those most dependent upon our care. Do you recall how Obama stated hypothetically, that a baby would be punishment for his daughter? How he said his chief mistake in the Senate was failing to fight Congress’ attempt to provide due process, for the right to life, of Terri Schiavo? And do you recall how Obama handled his grandmother, as she neared her death?

A certain pointed word is redacted a bit, below, otherwise Mr. Donofrio’s posting is represented intact.

Ginsberg Espousing Master Race Eugenics?Pardon my leaving the NBC issue aside for now. Too much strange stuff flying around and I don’t really know what to make of it. I feel like a scene is being set – a dinner table if you will – and the meal is going to be a “long form” BC for your culinary delight. It just feels like a set up – all this long form – long form – long form — blah blah blah. That’s the standard being established for absolute eligibility.

It’s being allowed people. Just my opinion. But you have to be a complete lemming if you think Gibbs is now regularly calling on Les Kinsolving of WND in White House pressers just to be a fair dude. The administration appears to be controlling this game and leading it to an endgame where they give you EXACTLY what you’re all asking for. Notice the standard wording Major Cooke stated to the press – “All he has to do is show the long form BC…” etc. If that’s all he has to do to drive a stake through the heart of the eligibility issue… then that’s what you can expect. But I digress from my topic today.

I tell you… nothing felt more intellectually dirty or reeked of pure filth to me than my experience with the United States Supreme Court. I know the law. I know procedure. I knew the SCOTUS court rules. Yet, I had to be deloused after that experience. God knows what crawls in those chambers. Go back through SCOTUS history and see the vile possession by evil of those once hallowed chambers by eugenic skank like Oliver Wendell Holmes and his modern successors.

Eugenics is basically what Hitler’s Nazi regime worshipped via their final solution. It’s a concept of population control where the Government decides who can live and who can breed… and who cannot be allowed to breed.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is Jewish and one would think that she might find such a concept repulsive. But the abortion rights movement heralded by the BS decision in Roe v. Wade is more about eugenics then it is about a woman’s right to choose. And on July 7, 2009 Ginsburg confirmed what many suspected of her – that she’s a eugenic proliferating skank.

Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.

What populations are you speaking of you horn rimmed freak show? There’s not much else I can say about this crap except that the New York Times journalist – Emily Bazelon – failed to do her damn job and follow up on the alarming answer given by Ginsburg.

I got news for you Ginsburg, your s**t stinks bad, just as the s**t emanating from every other race. All s**t stinks. Yours isn’t pretty. It doesn’t taste good. It doesn’t smell like roses. Your s**t stinks, girl. I know that might be hard for you to accept, but I suggest getting your nose all up in it sometime and have a wake up call.

Who breeds and who doesn’t isn’t up to you and it never will be. You’ve already lost. Home is calling. He’s waiting for you. Got the sauna ready… and the air conditioning unit is permanently broken. Word.

 

One surmises the road to Hell will be smoothed by the feet of good “Progressives.” Whatever avenue is taken, we need to get them out of America’s way.

Napolitano Telegraphs the Obama Regime’s “Big Lie” – About 2nd Amendment Militias & Oath Keepers?

 

Be ready for more. Be ready even to consider the unimaginable: the “generated crisis” that Joe Biden (and Colin Powell) so oddly warned about. Be ready for that to be a false flag attack upon Americans, performed by the Obama minions themselves and blamed upon “right wing extremists.” That is what it would take (if even that would be successful) to manipulate our military and law enforcement patriots into actions against our own people, who may be forced to defend the Constitution against abrogations of the First, Second, Fourteenth Amendments, etc., standing in the way of the globally controlled society.

Our hope may lie with a combination of the constitutionally mandated free militia movement and an effort underway in our military and law enforcement communities. Do usurpers work in the White House? I know of no more significant “militant” threat to this building, global insurrection against free, constitutional America.

I am not guaranteeing a false flag atrocity will happen. I am saying that we do not adequately consider the Obama regime as the Marxofascists they are, unless we consider such an event. That is the track record, for this kind of people — and it seems strategically necessary, for their twisted game to continue to develop, to fruition. Remember the Reichstag Fire. Napolitano: Veterans are Targets of Right-Wing Extremist Recruiters

Homeland security chief says report could have been written differently, but imperative was to release details on right-wing extremists.

WASHINGTON — The head of homeland security said Sunday she regrets that some people took offense over a report warning that right-wing extremist groups were trying to recruit disgruntled troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

But Secretary Janet Napolitano added that “a number of groups far too numerous to mention” want to commit domestic terrorism attacks and are looking for new recruits.

She told a cable news network the warning report that went out to American law enforcement agencies was consistent with reports that were issued before.

“Here is the important point. The report is not saying that veterans are extremists. Far from it. What it is saying is returning veterans are targets of right-wing extremist groups that are trying to recruit those to commit violent acts within the country. We want to do all we can to prevent that,” she said.

The intelligence assessment released to law enforcement on April 7 claims news of recession, the election of an African American president [calling patriots for a Constitutional America racists] rumors of new gun restrictions and the inability of veterans to reintegrate create fertile ground for radicalizing and recruiting right-wing extremists [Where is the evidence? - a common request of Barry Soetoro]

Of particular interest among radicals is possible recruitment of returning troops with “combat skills and experience” so as to boost their “violent capabilities,” the report said. [Evidence? You mean all that "violent capability" expressed during the Tea Party protests that were reportedly under FBI surveillance? Oops, no violence. Notice she says "violent capability" - only the mere capability to be violent - i.e., owning guns constitutionally suitable for a critically important constitutional militia to carry.]

It added that new restrictions on gun ownership and the difficulty of veterans to reintegrate into their communities “could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.” [Translation: if we support the letter and spirit of the 2nd Amendment vs. authoritarianism including confiscation of our arms, we are this regime's enemy.]

On Thursday, Napolitano apologized for some of the wording in the report, after civil liberties officials at the Homeland Security Department said the report was issued without a change in some of the language that had been subject for dispute.

“To the extent veterans read it as an accusation … an apology is owed,” Napolitano said during an on-air interview on FOX News Thursday. “This was an assessment, not an accusation.” [They are after the minds and hearts of the military and law enforcement community, after all.]

But American Legion National Commander David Rehbein, who is to meet with Napolitano on Friday, told FOX News on Sunday the evidence suggests that troops are more likely to be first responders than extremists during an attack on the homeland. He added that he is less concerned about the apology than about the way the department reached its conclusions. [Translation: What are you trying to pull?]

“I’m hoping we can talk about the methods the department used as they begin to continue their job of assuring hoped secured and they have a big job, an important job and we need to make sure they are really going about it in the right way, so they can be most effective,” he said. [Translation: This regime is under scrutiny, by those sworn to uphold the United States Constitution.]

“Trying to monitor a group of several million veterans, is frankly going to cost them a lot of time and resources, they don’t have, that they could better spend monitoring already identified groups,” Rehbein said. [Translation: Why surveil law abiding, patriotic citizens? What about the real terrorists? No, really, why?]

Napolitano said that in retrospect anything in the report could have been written differently, but “a fair reading of the report” would show that it is not trying to “give offense” but providing “situational awareness.” [The propaganda campaign aimed at turning especially America's military and law enforcement community against defending the Constitution will continue.]

Anyone should know that a Marxist or fascist regime’s propaganda campaign is strategically designed to support its outrageous actions against the freedom of The People – or in the infamous words of Biden, Sunday 10/19/2008, things that make us go “Whoa!”

Looking in, I noticed that Mr. Rove has just written an excellent criticism of Premier Obama’s attempt to coerce those Democrats in Congress who remain concerned for a semi-valid America. In the Wall Street Journal: “The President is ‘Keeping Score;’ Chicago politics has moved into the White House.” An excerpt:

Members of Congress should also worry about how Mr. Obama is “keeping score.” He is steeped in the ways of Chicago politics and has not forgotten his training in the methods once used by Saul Alinsky, the radical Chicago community organizer.

Alinsky’s 1971 book, “Rules for Radicals,” is a favorite of the Obamas. Michele Obama quoted it at the Democratic Convention. One Alinsky tactic is to “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” That’s what the White House did in targeting Rush Limbaugh, Rick Santelli and Jim Cramer. (The president’s press secretary, Robert Gibbs, went so far as to lash all three from the White House press podium.) It may also explain Mr. Obama’s comments to Mr. DeFazio.

After all, Alinsky’s first rule of “power tactics” is “power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.” Team Obama wants to remind its adversaries it has plenty of power, and it does. The question is whether the White House will wield it responsibly. The jury is still out, but certain clues are beginning to emerge. “Don’t think we’re not keeping score, brother,” even if said with a wink and a smile, isn’t quite the “new politics” we were told to expect.
