File Not Found: On Markos Moulitsas Homophobic Writings

» by Orlando in: Uncategorized

Ft. Hard Knox published an article on Markos Moulitsas homophobic statements during his time at Northern Illinois University.  Since that time, his article has conveniently disappeared from the NIU website.

Here is the link to the original article published on FHK: Is Markos Moulitsas a Homophobe?  The cited link in the article now only gives the following (original link):

The requested URL /articles/ was not found on this server.

At the time the article was published the link worked fine.  A search of NIU’s website and Northern Star archives shows no more Markos Moulitsas article.  Where did the article go?  Did Mr. Moulitsas have some influence with NIU since he is one of their paraded alumni?  The cached article can still be found: Military Rights plus a snapshot of the cached article is provided as proof below:

It is too bad a university that espouses free speech like Northern Illinois University needs to censor their own website for fear of possibly embarrassing a famous alumni.  NIU, what happened to the originally published opinion piece, Military Right,  by Mr. Moulitsas?  Are you possibly protecting embarrassing homophobic statements?
