The “wimps” are the Democrats and it is time once again for them to surrender to George W. Bush. Yes, it is war appropriations time — time to fund the war. Sure, the Democrats will huff and puff but in the end they will raise the white flag as is their custom.

Of course, we all know how the story will go. Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, and the other wimpy Democrats will run before the microphone in a show of bravado. The Democratic candidates will scream that Bush lied and seek political points. The liberal blogosphere will ramp up their Bush bashing as they congratulate themselves for their “stand.”
Then they will cave like a house of cards.
