Northern California farmers are complaining that government policies are drying up their labor source of illegal immigrants; yet according to the latest figures there are 942,100 unemployed people in California and another 97,300 in Oregon. Maybe these sanctuary states might consider a work program instead of handouts. And if illegals are on unemployment rolls I would wonder why!
