U.S. Vice President Joe Biden took the stage Saturday night at the annual Jefferson Jackson Dinner in Des Moines and threatened reward and punishment when he said, “every reason to believe that those who voted for reform will be rewarded and those who voted against it will be held accountable.”

Joe Biden’s lips are moving… he must be lying. Come on Joe, the stimulus has created or saved 1 million jobs? At least yell “April Fools” if you are going to say this with a straight face.

Obama Hack To Moderate VP Debate

Yep, I said hack.

Since the Communist networks (MSM) wouldn’t dare cover any truth about the Exalted Messiah, its up to us to at least attempt to reach a few citizens with the truth behind the wholesale communist style grab for power by Obama and his socialist party.

Gwen Ifill, who will be moderating the Vice Presidential debate, will soon release “The Breakthrough,” a book in which she will be “Taking the story of Barack Obama and extending to talk about a whole new generation of black policians…”

In fact, the book is set to be released around Inauguration Day.

Some have said that the media is so far in the tank for Obama, that this is the year journalism died. The fact that a clear partisan, with a personal stake in the outcome of the election (contrast her book sales under an Obama victory with her sales under a McCain victory), is allowed to “moderate” the VP debate leads me only to wait for the next shoe to drop. Maybe Obama can announce his hiring of Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann now?

Thanks to Electric City Weblog for summing the whole boondoggle up in a few short paragraphs.  Much more at the site.

Is there anything more to say?  Take a look at the complete disgust on her face when covering Gov. Palin’s RNC speech.

You’d think she was having an aluminum softball bat shoved up her rear end while biting down on a lemon.  And this, ladies and gents, is what will be “moderating” the VP debate tomorrow night.  Greasy Joe Biden will undoubtedly receive a slow, soft stroke job.

Ed Morrisey had this:

Moderators should not have a financial stake in the election.  That should be exceedingly obvious, and is to most people outside of the mainstream media and the Commission.  Her pending book publication should alone disqualify her to moderate any of the debates this cycle.  If Ifill had any sense of journalistic ethics, she would have turned them down herself.

Of course, the CPD could make this a habit.  Let’s have Brent Bozell and Glenn Beck moderate the final two presidential debates.  After all, that fits perfectly in the new Ifill tradition.

Ifill explains her new Obamallah book.

A quick thought that I haven’t heard anyone address in awhile.

As long as Americans continue to LET these race baiting hacks promote black this and black that, instead of just being Americans, blacks will continue to use race as a weapon against the majority, whites.  The current financial crisis is a direct result of it.

Congressional Black Caucus?  These people get together and push policies THAT ONLY benefit blacks, not Americans, ONLY blacks.  And for the time being, no one in Washington has balls big enough to say ENOUGH!

Have your vomit buckets ready for the debate Thursday night.  Remove all heavy objects from within arms reach (to avoid throwing them at the television) and buy plenty of beer.  You’ll end up regurgitating half of all you drink.

Liberal Self Destruction

I can’t help but be amused at the liberal self destruction going on the last week. The liberal response to Sarah Palin for the last week has been one of the most entertaining things I’ve ever seen.

I’m not a fan of MSNBC and rarely watch it. But for the last few days I’ve found myself switching over to see what new nonsense is spewing from the mouths of the talking heads there. It’s been great fun. Of course, the dishonesty there is nothing short of amazing. For at least the last two days both Chris Matthews and Keith Olberman have asked for information about who in the MSM has gone after Sarah Palin as a mother. Indeed, both have denied that it has happened. It is utterly beyond belief that neither is aware of Washington Post reporter Sally Quinn’s hit piece entitled Palin’s Pregnancy Problem or CNN’s Campbell Brown badgering a McCain spokesman on the subject of whether Palin could be a good mother and be Vice President. The latter caused the McCain campaign to, at least temporarily, cut CNN off from all interviews and McCain himself cancelled a scheduled appearance on Larry King Live. I’m sure Matthews and Olberman Read more

Obama Announces His Running Mate

The long awaited announcement from the Obama camp about his pick for Vice President came at 3 AM (there take that, HRC) via text message sent by some anonymous staffer. The world then rolled over and went back to sleep.

The pre-announcement hype has been building in the main stream media all week. The long anticipated announcement has left a lot of people wondering…is that all there is?

The whole thing reminded me of traveling cross country in the days before DDE’s dream of interstate highways. You would pass a series of signs:

  • 8th Wonder of the World 100 miles…
  • 8th Wonder of the World 60 miles…
  • 8th Wonder of the World 20 miles…
  • 8th Wonder of the World 5 miles…4….3…2…
  • 1 mile…
  • Just Ahead on the Left…
  • Closed for the Season.
