Obama’s Surrender

Bowing to foreign potentates is common for their subjects, but when the leader of another nation bows it is also a sign of surrender.

The United States of America is only in one formally declared armed conflict and that is the former “war on terror”. But there is another war we are fighting against socialism and that unfortunately appears to be a civil war. Obama has basically surrendered to the New World Order and the United Nations. He alienates our friends and makes back room deals with our enemies.

While in the Senate Barack Obama sponsored (not co-sponsored, he actually was responsible for the writing and introduction of) S.2433. (For those interested in research you can check which Bills Obama sponsored or co-sponsored at GovTrack) S.2433 was named the Global Poverty Act of 2007.

The stated purpose of this proposal is to “To require the President to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to further the United States foreign policy objective of promoting the reduction of global poverty, the elimination of extreme global poverty, and the achievement of the Millennium Development Goal of reducing by one-half the proportion of people worldwide, between 1990 and 2015, who live on less than $2 per day.”

It sounds innocuous until you read the Millennium Development goals. Basically the GPA is designed to rape American resources in order to raise the standard of living for everyone else. The GPA basically gives the United Nations control of the American economy and resources. It would make America subservient to the UN. It would require all Americans to pay a tax to the UN. The amount and method of taxation would be determined by the UN not the citizens of America.

Hidden within the GPA is the requiring of America to meet the Millennium Development Goals. One of those goals is the elimination of the manufacture and sale of small arms and ammunitions and the mandatory control of these. The GPA would in effect subjugate our Constitution to the UN, like many of Obama’s plans.

The GPA is also an open door to Shariah Law. The UN for some time has disapproved of our State based penal codes. They claim that there is a disparity between punishments. One country the Maldives have already rewritten their criminal code to correspond with the Koran.

Since action on the GPA has been moved down Obama’s priority list he is now attempting another run at the second amendment with a change in position the UN Arms Trade Treaty.

Obama does not like an armed populace. It appears that he will do anything to disarm America and Americans. Obama’s vision for America does not involve capitalism, freedom, the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.

The position of President of the United States does not give the holder a unilateral ability to surrender, yet Obama is surrendering and apologizing to everyone, except the American peoples; them… he is selling down the river.

I Do Solemnly Swear … To Lie

 

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

This is the oath a President takes on Inauguration Day. This is the oath of office that Barack Obama took.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

This is the oath that every military member takes.

Do you notice the difference?

Let’s look at a few facts.

China just announced that on October 1^st in its National Day Parade it will unveil several new short, medium and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

Russian Air Force contracts $190 million to buy new missiles.

Russia is developing new missiles to counter the US’ defensive missile umbrella developed and promised to Allies.

Iran has made and is making or altering pre-existing missiles that can now reach Israel and Southern Europe. In addition Iran is testing missiles in such a manner it is likely that they will be used to create an electrical magnetic pulse instead of a ground explosion and have purchased submarines as a delivery system.

North Korea has been testing in violation of UN agreements, short, medium and long range missiles. They are also suspected of selling missile guidance system information to Iran, Pakistan, and Burma.

Obama has cut the 2010 budget for missile purchase and research by 1.2 billion dollars. He has also reneged on the NATO missile shield program and discontinued all funding. Poland and the Czech Republic are left defenseless in the path of overt Russian aggression. Georgia has already been invaded and our allies now are just waiting for the attack that is to come. Obama has already suggested the reduction of our munitions and missiles. He is reducing the size of the military while trying to increase his own personal National Security Force. In a Bill (HR 645) already introduced he desires large interment camps to be established for “national emergencies”.

Obama believes the Constitution that he swore to upholds is flawed.

If Obama had taken the second oath, the oath of enlistment, he would already be on trial for failing that oath. As for his violating the inauguration oath, well he doesn’t believe in Our Constitution any way.

This is a man whose past is hidden and murky. His allegiances unknown. This man would not even be allowed to join our Armed Forces with what we know and what we still don’t know.

Now tell me again why there is no move to impeach this man?

You Are Not Allowed…

The Constitution of the United States has “deep flaws”. That’s Obama’s point of view. And as a result of his views the principle goal of his Administration has been to reshape America via the rejection of American values.

We see evidence from his speeches that he realizes this must be done in increments, making small changes now to effect larger changes later. An example is his views on the single payer health care system in 2003, his campaign, and now (re: the later you will notice that for some reason YouTube suspended it’s 10 minute rule for this video, HINT: the reason for this could be the Obama-Google connection). 

I have watched the actions and reactions of this Administration over the last 200 plus days and noticed a few points of interest.

*You are not allowed to complain,if you are white.

*If you disagree with Obama for any reason you are a racist.

*If you work, you should be grateful to pay others not to work.

*If you are against Obama’s brand Socialism you are _________ (insert appropriate answer: a fascist, a Nazi, a religious nut, a birther, a kook, a gun-loving killer, a domestic terrorist, brainwashed, a “Bush-ie”, a “ditto-head”,  etc).

*You are not allowed to reference any past comment by Obama that contradict his current comments.

This Administration thus far has combined biased media, Madison Avenue, and Chicago-Style thuggery into adulation for give away programs designed to bankrupt America for decades to come.

Saul Alinsky would be so proud of his protégée. Obama has studied Rules for Radicals, taught them to others and is now trying to stuff them down freedom loving American’s throats. As Alinsky taught and wrote ordinary Americans are “the enemy”.

The time to choose a future course for America is now. Choose to be a worker or a taker; a tool or an individual; free or enslaved; silent or vocal. The choice is yours but remember your choice affects your children and their children.

Impeach Congress

After watching the fiasco in the House of Representatives and seeing the final vote even after the huge negative response from the public I feel it is time to impeach Congress.

Congress is supposed to be representing the people, not following the Machiavellian plans of a pretender puppet and his shadowy overseers.

The Constitution of the United States states clearly what Congress can and can’t do yet again and again they have overstepped their mandate and screwed the American voting public.

They have yet to validate that candidate Obama is even eligible for the Office that he is currently using to destroy America. Putting aside the issue of his birth certificate (or should I say his lack of one) and the fact that so far he has spent over one million dollars to hide his college records and other documents that would establish his bonafides the  Constitution prohibits any member of any State legislature from holding any elected National office if he has engaged in an insurrection or rebellion or given aid or comfort to the enemies of the United States.

Under Amendment 14 to the Constitution Congressmen like John Kerry are also ineligible for office, yet he is there. This North Vietnamese “hero of the revolution” is allowed over and over to run for office and change the laws of this Country, even though as a reserve naval office he violated his oath and openly joined demonstrations against American policies and then both he and his relatives profited financially from trade with the communist government.

Prior to being elected Obama tried to pressure the Iraqi government into bending to his way in order to influence American voters. Then we have the great one’s interference in Kenya’s internal politics, another Logan Act violation since what he was doing was speaking in opposition to US Government policies that were in effect at that time. Then we have his famous world tour in which he identified himself as a Senator and a candidate for President then proceeded to offer rhetoric in opposition to standing policies to foreigners in an attempt to sway foreign opinion against those American policies.The political thuggery that is now be practiced by this illegal administration is staggering. The illegal firing of Inspector Generals, the shutting down of criminal investigations against ACORN and other organizations friendly to the Administration, the appointment of “Czars” in violation of the Constitution (Czar is a title of monarchy, prohibited by the Constitution). These czars are being given unlimited powers and responsible only to this poser. Obama in remarks from Jordan  admits to his violation by stating that he was trying to influence the governments of Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, an influence that he was making in violation of the Logan Act. What Obama did on his World “Love Me” tour and on his recent “Apology” tour was to give aid and succor to America’s enemies.

But Congress’s failure to act on Obama’s ineligibility is but one of their egregious criminal acts. Section 4, Article IV of the Constitution says The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

So far they have done little to protect anyone against the invasion of 20 million (or more) illegals, instead members of Congress are doing all they can to get these criminals registered to vote and then buying these illegal votes with free handouts that legal citizens are footing the bill for!

Then we have this “cap and trade” bill which taxes energy. If you are asking yourself how is this illegal I refer you back to this document that so few of our elected officials seem to have read, the Constitution. Limits on Congress, Article 1, Section 9, “No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State.” This bill H.R.2454 was rammed through against the wishes of the American people, the Government’s own scientists have been muzzled or fired for speaking out against the false statistics and weird science which gave credence to the lies of “greenhouse gases”.

Energy regardless of how it is produced, (coal, oil, nuclear, wind, etc) that is manufactured in one State is being taxed by the Federal Government as it is “exported” to other States under this bill. This is illegal and in violation of the Constitution.

The Constitution also precludes favoritism between States by the Federal Government yet we see that favoritism consistently in the form of “earmarks” and this newest energy bill punishes adversely States that actually produce energy, which coincidentally most of them happen to be States that voted against Obama.

It is time to put into Congress people who: #1 Obey the Constitution, #2 Will do the will of the people, #3 Will stand up to the powers of darkness, and #4 Who are not there to line their own pockets.

Be Afraid, Be VERY Afraid (Updated – Congressman demands investigation of Secretary Napolitano’s controversial report)

• Do you believe in the 2nd Amendment?
• Do you believe in the 10th amendment?
• Do you believe in supporting Veterans?
• Do you believe in the Law?
• Do you believe the Federal Government should serve the voter not the other way around?
• Are you against illegal immigration?
• Are you supportive of “TEA Parties”?
• Are you a Conservative?

Well if you answered yes to any of these questions the Obama Administration through the Department of Homeland Security is advising local law enforcement agencies to keep an eye on you.

If you have been following TEA Parties on blogs you will notice that they have come under attack as a “sponsored” organization. Many trolls are blaming Fox News, some are blaming Rush Limbaugh, some blame the GOP and some are blaming Bush.

Do we really need any further proof that this Administration is Anti-American? If you believe in the document that this great Country was founded on you are an extremist and must be dealt with. God help anyone who believes in personal freedoms, the Constitution or State’s Rights.

They are already talking amnesty for all 20 million (or more) illegal immigrants. They want to pad the voter roles for the future. You would think that ACORN was able to do enough of that with all the Federal funds that have been poured into their coffers.

The AG Eric Holder has lied about weapons being smuggled into Mexico. The Homeland Security Secretary is dragging her feet on protecting our borders.The Pretender is throwing pizza parties and his press secretary is force feeding the media news about a dog while Somali Pirates thumbed their noses at America. It was amazing the dog hadn’t even arrived at the White House yet but you wouldn’t know that from the media feeding frenzy. The dog isn’t scheduled to arrive until today, April 13th, but it was enough news to divert the attention from Obama being caught on video bowing subserviently to the Saudi King.

Obama sycophants were quick to claim credit for the outstanding job done by the Navy Seals and the Naval Commander on the scene but in reality they were facing an untenable fight with the rules of engagement that they were given. If the pirates hadn’t threatened Captain Phillips’ life so directly the situation would still be unresolved while the media would be reporting about Bo piddling on the grass of the White House. Teacher Suspended for Not Giving Up Her Constitutional Rights

What the hell is wrong with this country?

A couple of things but one that I have noticed is “political correctness”. Political correctness should be known correctly as, socialist indoctrination language training. This training runs rampant throughout American culture. We have become so fearful of hurting an individual’s feelings that we are afraid to make them a friend. Thereby forcing groups apart by color, race, creed, religion, beliefs, disability, gender, etc.

The left-wing has you jumping at shadows; behind every gun is a maniac, behind every joke is racist, behind every gesture is someone out to get you… This is how the Left makes victims for without this step there could be no subjugation of the masses.

If you are curious as to why this rant occurred, it was because a teacher in Beaver Dam Wisconsin was suspended. Not for anything that occurred at school. Not for anything criminal. She was suspended “because a concerned teacher” notified the school superintendent that she possessed a gun, a file. Had she brought the weapon to school? No, she put a picture of her and it on her Facebook page.

The teacher took down the picture and eventually her entire facebook page.

If you can’t beat them then slander them with B_______. It doesn’t matter just get the right thinking teacher regardless of their teaching ability out of the school systems so that the pantywaists, perverts, and other liberals may spread their tidings of gloom and doom and encourage all the students to think become like sheep. I deleted the phrase think because that’s the last thing liberals want anyone doing. Even in the Presidential questionnaire his vetting team is concerned if respondents own firearms. The Presidential Cabinet is being stacked with anti-gun personnel by an alleged President who believes the Constitution needs to be changed to reflect “modern” society.” I am sure the owning of a gun would get you removed the One’s list faster than something like, say, tax evasion or lying.

I believe every student should go thru a mandatory gun safety class in the first grade. This would alert them to the “realness” of a firearm and how to safely handle or not handle it. They should also be given the opportunity to fire a weapon, supervised on a range before the sixth grade. Dr. Spock was the epitasis for removing toy guns from children but the socialist liberals promoted it. Dr. Spock in later years repudiated almost all of his former beliefs but the damage was done.

The social liberals are worried, very worried about anyone who owns or can use a firearm. They are working hard to chip away everyone’s Second Amendment Rights. What are you doing to stand in their way?

Obama’s Obliquity

“… ah this past week, we passed out of the US Senate Banking committee, which is my committee…” sayeth Lord Obama in this video. The only problem is that is NOT his committee, he isn’t even on the committee and the Foreign Affairs Sub-Committee on Afghanistan that he does chair hasn’t met in over 18 months.

Let me recall, so far he has promoted himself to Commander in Chief, taken credit for the work of other Senators, claims he understands the Iraq War better than General Petraus, claimed credit for a bill that made it out of committee, took credit for the actions of others at Altgeld Gardens and the list keeps going. His loyal minions and sycophants claim that these statements are normal “embellishment” but at the same time pilloried Hillary Clinton over her Bosnia statement.

Obama will throw anyone “under the bus” to get power and control. His rise in the Chicago Political machine is well detailed by Ryan Lizza in this “The New Yorker” article. It is an unbiased balanced look at Obama’s Machiavellian manipulations. Another close insider to the Obama rise into the thin altitude which he has been elevated by the fawning press (that must be part of his problem lack of oxygen) is Lynn Sweet of the liberal biased Chicago Times. In her reports Ms. Sweet walks a tightrope in order to continue having access to the candidate.

Obama the messiah can’t or won’t keep his facts straight. Yet he continues on his march to coronation! Resistance is futile he wants to create a National Security Force that is as large, as well armed as the Armed Forces and as well funded but this is a thinly veiled to seek out and destroy his detractors. Scrubbing and purging of his blog of his errors, starting spurious rumors about anyone who opposes him, physical attacks and treats by his brown-nosing brown booted thugs, Obama’s playbook seems to mimic that of Joseph Stalin.

We have a Constitution that is still in force regardless of how much the SCOTUS has tried to water it down. We also have the power of the vote (at least for now). Shame on us for having the audacity of hope facts.

Gun Rights Upheld!

In a historic decision, the Supreme Court has ruled 5-4 that the District of Columbia’s strict handgun ban, in place since 1976, is unconstitutional.

This was the High Court’s first foray into the legality of the US Constitution’s Second Amendment which reads: “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

The issue in the DC case, and at the heart of the entire gun debate, was whether individuals indeed have the right to keep arms under the 2nd Amendment without being part of a “militia”.

Pro-gun forces long have pointed to the fact that the first act of all tyrannies is to disarm their publics and thus that individual gun ownership is essential to freedom.

Writing for the conservative majority, Justice Antonin Scalia wrote that the Constitution does not allow “the absolute prohibition of handguns held and used for self-defense in the home.”

And this is key to the legitimacy of the ruling, the words “self defense”. Because under what is called Natural Law — that idealistic and God-given criteria to which free peoples, including Americans, adhere to rule themselves justly — the right of self defense is sacrosanct.
