Oministry’s Appoints GLSEN Founder as ‘Safe Schools’ Czar (Jennings agrees ‘Fisting’ has gotten a ‘Bad Rap’)

UPDATE 09/27/09: Speaking of pedophiles, see Michelle Malkin, Lecherous fugitive director indignant about 30-year-delayed arrest

ORIGINAL POST 09/26/09: The Apostle Paul warned Timothy about this:

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good…Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. – II Tim 3: 1-3, 12, 23

For anyone wondering, Are we there yet? Yes, I think we are.

Kevin Jennings has been appointed to the position of “Director of the Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools.” According to a report in by Maxim Lott of FoxNews, Jennings is a former drug user, has expressed contempt for religion, and founded an organization which has been criticized for promoting homosexuality in the schools (GLSEN).

At one of their conferences in Massachusetts, a state official was recorded saying this to teenagers attending the conference:

“Fisting…often gets a bad rap….[It's] an experience of letting somebody into your body that you want to be that close and intimate with…[and] to put you into an exploratory mode.”

For anyone who will need to Google to find out what in the world “fisting” is (which I did the first time I read about this), let me save you the trouble. “Fisting” is a type of sodomy, with the sodomizer using the fist.

All together now: Eeeew!

Why on earth would anyone be discussing this around children?

Good question.

Did this person who is now in charge of keeping our children “safe” in schools promptly have this state official booted from the conference, then press charges for contributing to the delinquency of minors? No, he was mostly just irritated that the conference was recorded, according to the report.

But it gets worse, as Duane Lester explains in his post, Obama’s ‘Safe School’ Czar Hid Report of Pedophilia, Promotes Teaching Fisting to Teens. Jennings has also defended not reporting child sexual abuse when he was a teacher. For more information, read Lester’s post, and the full report on FoxNews.

Isn’t this precious? Third-graders declaring they’re ‘free at last,’ now that Obama is POTUS

This is from Breitbart.tv. I’m not sure exactly what this little kids believe they’ve been liberated from or to…listen for yourself. Here are the lyrics:

The Obama Song (”Proud American”)
By Mr. B and the students of Room 8
February 2009

Obama is the President!
First African America in history
44th president of the United States
The ground has shifted
The world has changed!

CHORUS:
Oooo I’m a proud American
Oooo yes yes yes yes YES WE CAN!

Im going to study really hard just like Barack
Learning never ever stops
Gonna set my goals HIGH and graduate
You might be looking at the President of 2048!

We are a nation of a thousand colors, look at me
Our strength is our diversity
Walking hand in hand we sing
Each a day a little closer to the dream of Dr. King

(Exerpt from MLK’s “I Have a Dream,” 1963)

Together we walk
Me and you
So so much work
Left to do.

These kids are apparently in San Francisco (according to the newspaper used in the video). Here is the teacher, “Mr. B’s” story of how the video came about.

Just as information – the little girl wearing a hijab is not old enough to be required to do this, even under Muslim law. I don’t know if she was doing this for the video, or if her parents are using her as a tiny propoganda tool.

If You Thought Van Jones Was Bad…

While everyone was distracted by the health care debate, the 912 DC Rally and the expose of ACORN. The Obamanation crew slipped in another radical.

While some pundits have cherry picked the writings of this individual, it is more interesting to read the full quotes. This new Czar shows himself to be an above average double speak academic. While some of his fan club down play the influence he could bring to bear in his new position, most agree that he is intelligent and well written.

The most dangerous proposal by this man is a “Second Bill of Rights” as advocated by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1944.

While on the surface these look like lofty ideals, below the surface they are linked directly to the history of socialized nations. They are programs that have failed not because they were bad ideas but because the people implementing them had a lust for power and control, sort of like the Obama Administration.

Let’s take a deeper look.

The right of a job. Questions to ask are: Can we force private business to hire workers that they don’t need? If private enterprise doesn’t provide the jobs, who does? Isn’t our Government large enough already? Conservation Corps, AmeriCorps, Peace Corps, National Security Force; any of these ring a bell?

The right to earn in order to provide “adequate” food, clothing and recreation. Who determines what is adequate? The government is already over taxing things they feel we shouldn’t have, now they want to tax soda, and snacks. Bread lines anyone? Clothing? Will the government be able to tell us what to wear? How about Mao pajamas for everyone? That will help us achieve a classless society, but then what would Michelle do about her kicks? or her haute couture? The Constitution gives us the right to work at a job of our choice. Its up to the individual to apply themselves. Recreation? I recreate by going to the target range, but I am betting this will not be “approved” recreation.

The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living. Will they do away with zoning laws? Eminent domain? Intrusive EPA, OSHA, and Dept of Agriculture regulations? Nope, but they do plan on increasing these rules. Can you say communes and collectives?

The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad.  I thought this was the purpose of DOT and the FTC. What constitutes unfair competition? Is Walmart unfair because they can negotiate better prices? Just because Union wages increase prices and a small business owner can do the job cheaper should we be forced to buy Union? Too late on this one Obama has decreed that all Federal contracts will go to Unions. Spend more money for a shoddier product. Go buy a Yugo or Russian toilet paper now so you can get used to it.

The right of every family to a decent home.  This worked well in Russian and East Germany. The government took homes and subdivided them then assigned them to the have not’s. Housing was assigned based on job and party position. Notice that nothing is said about singles because they are expected to remain with mom and dad. Subsidized Government housing has worked well here also. Within months of admitting Section 8 residents most complexes were uninhabitable. Let’s make the whole country into a ghetto.

The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health.  Adequate health care? Again who decides? Since Obama care is based on cost analysis treatment how will they avoid “death panels”? We already have a system in place that enables hard working people to find a job that offers superior health care. The current system isn’t perfect and does need some tweaking, but mostly it needs government to butt out.

The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment.  Interesting a life without worry, a life with stress, a utopian existence. If this was possible why did God create Heaven? He could have just let us all live here for eternity. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, retirement funds, 401(k)s, oops scratch that Obama also wants to take over all retirement funds and have the Government run them.

The right to a good education.  Foreigners send their children to our institutes of higher learning. Our primary education system is bogged down with teaching tests and stifling free thought. Our schools have become day prisons under past Democratic (the party not the idea) legislation. Students are being indoctrinated into socialism, homosexuality, radicalism, and political correction. Christianity is being besieged as are American ideals, history and civics. If the Federal Government really wants to improve education they should repeal all their current laws.

In addition this new Czar feels that the internet is weakening democracy because it cuts the user off from any information that might challenge their beliefs. A controlled one sided media is what this imbecile advocates, sort of like what we have now except for cable news from Fox.

Now that we see this man’s plan we must compare it to Obama’s. It is obviously the same goal. The ruination and destruction of America as we know it, and as the founding fathers envisioned it. Who is this danger?

Cass R. Sunstein,Regulatory Czar, confirmed by the Senate on September 10, 2009 in a 57-40 vote.

Of Barack Obama’s Speech to Children and the Central Usurpation of Powers

September 4, 2009 by Arlen Williams

An article about an article, about a radio report — about the beginnings of treason

There are at least three problems in Obama’s predictably ministerial ploy upon America’s educational complex and upon our children:

  1. the usurpation of state and local jurisdictions, by federal government, inherent in the orchestrating of this entire set of events
  2. the (changing) suggestions or dictates of teacher-student behavior, to be carried out before and after the speech
  3. the content of Obama’s speech

Presented below is the blog, American Daughter’s initial report on problem number one, the effective abrogation of federal and state constitutions, by Barack Obama and the Department of Education.

A reminder: every human has rights, which are inherent in the People. Our modes of government have powers proscribed by the People. In America, Citizens have enumerated natural rights, listed in the U.S. Constitution and unenumerated natural rights, which are not specified, but which are retained by the People. However, American bodies of government do not have any powers that are not constitutionally granted them by the People. See the Constitution’s Ninth and Tenth Amendments and the Preamble.

Major Breach of Protocol

by Nancy Matthis at American Daughter

Ignoring school superintendents, Obama wrote to school principals announcing his forthcoming speech to school children. This is a serious breach of protocol. All communications should be routed through the Superintendent of Schools for each district.

Not only was this bad manners bigtime, it has implications for states’ rights and local rights that go far beyond the one event. School districts are overseen by a School Board, usually elected by the citizens of the district. Voters expect that board to ensure an education that reflects their values and goals for their children. From an eHow campaign advisory:

Public education is one of our most crucial institutions. Participating in the body that oversees the policies and procedures governing schools is a major task … To get elected to the school board … know the concerns of the community and clarify how you can help achieve the goals and represent their values.

By deliberately cutting the local school boards and the superintendents out of the loop, Obama is essentially bypassing the voters, including parents. He is establishing a precedent for federal control of the children, for making them wards of the federal authority. This is totally a page out of the Marxist playbook that Obama and his office mate terrorist Bill Ayers used in Chicago.

Most of the controversy surrounding his scheduled speech and the lesson plan outlines prepared for teachers to use with it has been concern about the content of his remarks. Like a magician, education czar Arne Duncan has kept the American public focused on the rabbit in the tophat, waiting to see what it looks like when pulled out. If Obama’s speech turns out to be a pep talk about staying in school, working hard, and achieving goals, the American public will breathe a collective sigh of relief and think that nothing has gone wrong.

But the damage has already been accomplished in the process. Barack Hussein Obama communicated directly with all of the country’s school principals, and got them to march in lock step, without anyone screaming about the school boards being bypassed. The first step of the Marxist game plan is complete.

In our first article, Parents, Should You Be Worried?, we gave all the details about the scheduled speech, the letter to principals, and the lesson plans for grades K-6 and 7-12. We also itemized the parallels between Obama’s methods and those Hitler used to entrain the minds of German youth.

Our second article, P.A.S.S. and Twitter Power, described the response of parents, many of whom plan to keep their children home from school when Obama speaks.

Radio station 100.7 FM WFLA in Tallahassee linked to our first article. Their 7:30AM talk show was about parents’ reactions, and is worth a listen. It will probably be available for the rest of today. Click here to listen (about 26 minutes). It was the host of that talk show who first mentioned the breach of protocol.

Why did I say that this was a predictable and “ministerial” move, by Obama? Because, by definition, that is the way in which Marxists and fascists operate, i.e., by central, governmental control, through various ministries. If you have been following the development of the Obama administration, you are seeing numerous other endeavors for ministerial control. Through the cabinet and through the “czars,” Barack Obama is attempting to impose this form of governmental tyranny upon America, in violation of the principles of the Declaration and the People’s foundationally mandated design of our method of self-governance, proscribed by means of the Constitution.

Such an organized and pervasive assault upon America is literally and thoroughly, treason, whether it comes by trickle, or by flood and whether it is caught in its initial ploys, or further on in the burgeoning injury to the People, inflicted by this insurrection.

Please comment if you think the venue in which you now read should present or link to examinations and explications of just what are the treasons of Marxism, social Darwinism, fascism, anarcho-syndical socialism, progressivism, globalism, and transnational progressivism.

Hollyweird Citizens of the World demonstrate ‘a form of godliness, but denying it’s power’

UPDATE: Also see Fox News Debate Over “I Pledge Obama” Video

UPDATE: UADJ has posted an answer to the ridiculous video below: I Pledge 1984 (Hat-Tip, Margaret via Facebook)

This video was actually created for the inauguration of president Obama, but has been making the rounds again as school starts up, and teachers prepare for Obama’s speech to America’s youth on September 8th. I find it ironic that this sort of drivel is allowed in our nation’s public school, while the Pledge of Allegiance is not.

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God – having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth—men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone. -II Timothy 3:1-9 NIV

Will You Let Your Child be Indoctrinated by Obama, Sept. 8?

September 2, 2009 by Arlen Williams

Dear Parents,

Do you want Neo-Communist revolutionary, Barack “Fundamentally Change America” Obama, speaking to your children from the Oval Office?

Do you remember this?: As related in a few venues around a year ago, including “Investigating Obama: Career Path toward a Neo-Marxist Presidency,” this Obama is the very man who joined Weather Underground terrorist, Bill Ayers and fellow SDS member Michael Klonsky, a self-described Maoist communist, to gain tens of millions in Annenberg foundation money for an educational project, while passing much of it to ACORN and other insurgent “community organizations”

Their goal? To “raise political consciousnes,” chiefly among black school kids. Never mind reading, writing and arithmetic. What “political consciousness?” One attractive to Ayers, a self-proclaimed anarchistic communist. Ayers secured the purse, thus presumably played a responsible role in setting up young Mr. Obama as Chairman. They mingled in a small circle of Chicago’s education radicals, at the time. Historically, a key SDS and Weathermen objective was to piggyback upon any black separatist revolt in America, for their overall Marxist ends. Education and “community organizing” became key elements of the adjusted Weathermen model of revolution, when they confronted limits to the political success of blowing up buildings and the people in them.

Obama’s school-age mentor, Frank Marshall Davis had the same communist goals for public education. What a coincidence, for the boy now all grown up and hiring fellow Marxists and Social Darwinists into his shadowy “Czar” cabinet, over at 1600. Why, now this student is (allegedly) the President, of all of America! Leader of the free world! But, whether or not you believe Larry Sinclair, how would you feel, if Obama’s limo followed along and pulled over at the curb, where your child was walking to school?

Many parents around America will be keeping their children home, Tuesday, September 8.  But, many know nothing of the ongoing activities, planned for them.

Leading up to this event, teachers have been given exacting federal instructions from the U.S. Department of Education, about how to indoctrinate students for Obama. Remember when Ronald Reagan spoke of eliminating the DoEd? The following is copied from those instructions, a great deal of emphasis, mine:

Extension of the Speech: Teachers can extend learning by having students

  • Create posters of their goals. Posters could be formatted in quadrants or puzzle pieces or trails marked with the labels: personal, academic, community, country. Each area could be labeled with three steps for achieving goals in those areas. It might make sense to focus on personal and academic so community and country goals come more readily.
  • Write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president. These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals.
  • Write goals on colored index cards or precut designs to post around the classroom.
  • Interview and share about their goals with one another to create a supportive community.
  • Participate in School wide incentive programs or contests for students who achieve their goals.
  • Write about their goals in a variety of genres, i.e. poems, songs, personal essays.
  • Create artistic projects based on the themes of their goals.
  • Graph student progress toward goals

Students of Marxist psychological operations, “brainwashing,” and cult behavior overall will recognize the controlling powers of programmatic, coerced, and pervasively reinforced accountability to authorities and peers — practiced upon our children, no less. That dynamic is very “Weatherman,” as informant, Larry Grathwohl attests. (Congratulations, Billie Ayers, you educational authority, you! — you are really making headway! You studied up well, back when, as your wife had to do the bomb planting dirty work.)

Since when is it ruled, and from what higher power, that the person and the goals he may call his own are to be compartmentalized into one “quadrant” of one’s life? In truth, one’s personal life is definitively all of a person’s life — whether his attentions and efforts are spent in academics, work, church relationships, civic responsibilities, or other activities.  And all of that is his business, not government’s.

Do you wish your child to be taught, by that communist, that his very person is only good enough for one fourth of the ontological space his life takes up? — that as a student, academics, “community,” and the state take up the remaining three quarters?  Three quarters — you know, about the same ratio as the taxation into which your child appears headed.

From his numerous speeches, Obama’s answer clear, and right out of his Rev. Wright radical, liberation theology “church”: “our individual salvation depends on collective salvation.” While that would have been less than Good News to Christ’s Apostles, it would have had a certain ring to Marx and Engels, alright.

And then what is planned for The Next Big Obama Events, at school? Will our children be brought together to sing, “Obama’s gonna change it; Obama’s gonna lead ‘em?”

Highest regards, parents — for a delivered and recovered America,
Arlen

Mafia Wars

Like many of you on social networks I have been invited several times to join the phenomenons spreading across the web called “Mafia Wars”and “Mob Wars”  I personally have chosen not to participate in these enterprises.

I resist giving access to my email contacts to any organization. I have several email addresses and I use them for specific purposes. One is only for friends and family, one is for registering for websites, daily newsletters, personal business contacts and one is only for professional business contacts. Giving anyone access to other addresses, to me, is an invasion of my contacts privacy.

But that is only one reason for my not joining in the game. I have watched the slow chipping away of the moral fiber of America for over 60 years and I believe this game is just another example. There has been over the last half century considerable systematic desensitization of morality and as a result of this desensitization we see a relaxation of “rules”, a complete disregard for “ethics” and an increase in “political correctness.”

I am not registered with any political party. I am a conservative and I believe that conservatives should actually stand up for their beliefs. Any game that involves breaking the law, destroying the lives of others and gaining power for power sake is not my idea of fun.

I have watched things such as the elimination of the Hays Code in Hollywood, and the promotion of alternative life styles via the media. This change in morality has even extended its tentacles into organized religion and the censorship of pastors, preachers, ministers and priests.

Now we have the most socialist government in the history of America. We have allowed the erosion of our beliefs. Like the soil of a levee without the roots of vegetation to bind it against the onslaught  of the waters our Republic is doomed to failure without strong moral roots.

My reasoning may seem strange to some, but to me they make perfect sense.

OMG It’s Contagious and Spreading Faster Than The Swine Flu

July 19, 2009 by TXPoet

There is currently a viral video making its way around the internet from Jay Leno, it is a compilation of clips from the Tonight Show segment called “Jay Walking”. The basic gist of the segments is that our education system is broken. Jay of course is based on the left coast so we wouldn’t expect, based on their voting record, a great number of intelligent individuals. Admittedly Jay does get a good cross section of America due to tourism. I mean what patriotic American doesn’t dream of visiting Hollyweird?

I, probably like a lot of you, attribute this current plague of stupidity to a lack of education, but in recent months I have come to question this hypothesis. We have a majority of Congress, supposedly made up of educated people, voted for bills that they have never read; we have them swallow hook, line and sinker the now defunct data that claims global warming is man-made (and with it the presumption that we as mere mortals can control nature). We have an alleged POTUS who as a “constitutional scholar” believes there are 57 States (more or less), and he also believes that America and her ideals are what is wrong with the world.

I question the intelligence of anyone who believes everything that they are told, but I guess there have always been some people who never question anything. Abraham Lincoln is alleged to have once said, “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.” I have noticed few people lately standing up to those, like Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid, who would attempt to obfuscate the truth. Here are some examples:

  • “We will have to spend more money in order to avoid bankrupcy” ???? If this is your idea of a good plan could you send me a few thousand dollars to spend … you know just to help you.
  • If we build economy cars that have no weight and no power then we will have more highway deaths but we will use less energy and we will decrease the population so its a win – win situation for the country.
  • Check the pressure in your tires, spend the 50 cents required weekly to keep your wheels inflated. This will go a long way towards our becoming energy independent.
  • Paint your roof white to reflect heat. Be sure to use the proper exterior grade paint so that the Sun’s energy is reflected. Yes, we know that this will release more VOC’s in the atmosphere but not CO2.
  • If it isn’t a hot topic search on Google then it’s not important.

These are just a few of the things I have noticed. Please feel free to comment and add more.

CEAI Versus ACLU: David Versus Goliath

July 7, 2009 by Jenn Sierra
Filed under Florida, News and Opinion

The following is from Christian Educators Association International:

Christian Educators Association International has filed a motion to intervene in a lawsuit filed earlier this year by the ACLU against the Santa Rosa County School District in Florida.

“We are David facing a Goliath. The ACLU is engaged in a well-financed, systematic campaign to intimidate Christian educators across the nation. We feel this case is so important that we must take a stand,” says Finn Laursen, Executive Director of CEAI.

The ACLU charged that some teachers and administrators in the Florida district were actively endorsing religion. The school district attempted to settle the suit by joining with the ACLU in a consent decree that essentially bans all employees from engaging in prayer or religious activities, whether before, during, or after school hours.

The ACLU-authored consent decree defines prayer, school events, and school officials in such a way that employees who bow their head or fold their hands, pray over meals during lunch, or voice agreement with another in religious discussion at any time on school property or at any school event, can be found in contempt of court. It specifies that when individuals or community groups use school facilities for after- school religious events, no district employee, even on his or her own private time, may participate or communicate agreement in any prayer or religious discourse.

“The consent decree is so broad that it unconstitutionally infringes on the rights of teachers, administrators, and students,” says Laursen. “Our particular interest is that it violates the free speech and free exercise rights of CEAI members, both in their capacities as employees of the school board and as private citizens. The order also forces CEAI members to infringe upon the rights of students and others. CEAI will support its members employed by the Santa Rosa County School Board who are opposed to the unconstitutional consent order.”

“As a professional association for Christian educators founded in 1953, we have historically encouraged our members by informing them that they do not shed their constitutional rights at the schoolhouse door. We have consistently clarified in print, through technology, and in workshops and seminars across the country what courts have always held, that schools are not religion free zones. We have corrected the misconception that prayer has been banned from public schools and that teachers are limited in their religious expression on their own time.”

“If we just sit by and allow constitutional religious freedoms to be bullied out of public schools, we will end up surrendering them all together. We are not willing to sit by and see this happen in Santa Rosa County.”

CEAI is represented in the case by Liberty Counsel.
