Mainstream Media Sticks up for FoxNews

Check this out. Pay close attention to 2 min 14 sec to about 2 min 20 seconds; The White House tried to bar Fox News, which has been a member of the Press Corp for some time and CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC flat out told the Obama Administration they would not interview the official in question unless Fox News was included in the invitation. I think hell just froze over. :)

Michael Calderone, at Politico is reporting that Glen Beck, of CNN is joining FoxNews:

Glenn Beck has signed a multi-year agreement to join FOX News, announced Roger Ailes, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FOX News. Beginning next spring, Beck will host FOX News Channel’s (FNC) 5 PM/ET weekday program as well as a weekend show on the network.

Beck added, “I am thrilled and profoundly humbled to have the chance to bring my program to FOX News. Expanding my audience is exciting, but I’m really looking forward to joining Mr. Ailes and his world-class team.”

Obama has been traveling in the Middle East, and everywhere he goes, he keeps seeing FoxNews, FoxNews, FoxNews…bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

He actually asked Major Garrett (the FoxNews correspondent traveling with him) if someone in the White House had mandated that all the Armed Forces TV’s be tuned to FoxNews. He simply can’t conceive the notion that the troops might prefer FoxNews. Listen in.
