Chaplain Violates Obama’s ‘Hate Crimes’ Law by Quoting Bible?

Today President Barack Obama signs the “Hate Crimes” Amendment contained within the 2010 National Defense Authorization Act, which adds “sexual orientation” to the list of federally protected classes. This new law provides for federal prosecution and enhanced penalties to violent criminals (and their so-called co- conspirators) whose “motive” or otherwise invisible heart-intention is somehow proven in a court of law as intended to incite or commit an act of violence against a person “because of” their sexual orientation.

Conservatives call this bill the “Pedophile Protection Act” because it may now offer federally protected status to 547 classes of sexual deviants, including child molesters, who are now more protected than heterosexuals, violating the principle of equal protection. It further endangers free speech by pastors who quote illegal Bible verses from the pulpit, including Romans 1:32 or Leviticus 20:13, (which I’m about to quote below), which by merely quoting pastors may be accused of “conspiring” to commit violent crimes, should anyone in the church hear their speech and later commit such violent acts against homosexuals.

My organization, The Pray In Jesus Name Project, has collected and delivered approximately 400,000 petition faxes to the U.S. Congress against this new law, which the Senate could not pass as a stand-alone bill, so Democrats hijacked the Pentagon budget to enact the homosexual agenda. In response to our petitions, the Senate adopted the good “Brownback Amendment” (R-KS) to the hate crimes bill, by 78-13 vote to add special protection for pastors to ensure the bill does not “substantially burden any exercise of religion…speech, expression, association, if such exercise of religion, speech, expression, or association was not INTENDED to:

  1. plan or prepare for an act of physical violence; or
  2. incite an imminent act of physical violence against another.”

But Senator Leahy (D-VT) added a bad side-by-side amendment diminishing some First Amendment protections for pastors, by including this new statement: “The Constitution does not protect speech, conduct or activities consisting of planning for, conspiring to commit, or committing an act of violence.”

In other words,

  • A) pastors may quote the Bible publicly if their “intention” is the free exercise of religion or speech, but
  • B) pastors may not quote the Bible publicly if their “intention” is to conspire with listeners to commit an act of violence.

This begs the question, if the pastor never announces whether the unspoken “intention” of his heart is A or B, how can any prosecutor, judge, or jury know whether the pastor’s secret thoughts intended A) free exercise or B) conspiracy? Without revealing the secret intention of my own heart, whether A or B, I hereby publicly quote both Romans 1:32 and Leviticus 20:13:

Romans 1:32 — “Men with men working that which is unseemly…who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death.”

Leviticus 20:13 — “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.”

I further invite President Barack Obama, as the chief law enforcement official of America, to discern the secret thoughts and intentions of my heart, and to prosecute me for conspiracy or inciting the violent crimes of others who might read my words and act upon them, if he dares to think he knows or can prove my motives were not pursuant to the free exercise of religion or speech.

U.S. Taxpayers Fund President’s Appearance at Fundraiser for Radical Lobbying Group

President Barack Obama is scheduled to speak Saturday night at a fundraising event for the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), a far- left lobbying group that promotes forcing Americans to accept and applaud homosexual behavior. The group regularly lobbies to force Americans to affirm homosexuality and targets youth with weekly “Queerly Speaking” YouTube videos to advance its agenda. Obama’s appearance at the fundraiser raises questions about the propriety of a President speaking at such an event, when taxpayers must pay the cost for his travel and security.

The President’s speech appears to be a payback for HRC’s endorsement of his candidacy. In a June 2008 press release, the group endorsed Obama for President, stating: “Senator Obama supports federal benefits and protections for same-sex couples, a fully- inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act and hate crimes legislation, comprehensive sex education, the repeal of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy,…opposes the federal marriage amendment and bans on adoption by GLBT people.”

In order to carry out Obama’s pro-homosexual agenda, the administration is busy filling federal agencies with individuals who will fulfill the President’s desire to promote the HRC agenda. Agencies are actively recruiting for positions dedicated to promoting homosexuality in federal agencies. One such position was announced in an advertisement by the USDA’s National Resources Conservation Service for a “National Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Special Emphasis Program Manager.” The ad states that this new position will involve identifying “discrimination in employment and program delivery;” writing articles, outreach and recruitment activities, and giving guidance on “issues related to the GLBT Emphasis Program area.”

Mathew D. Staver, Founder of Liberty Counsel and Dean of Liberty University School of Law, commented: “Obama is the most divisive President in American history. He seems to relish in promoting radical policies and ideas that drive a wedge between people who hold contrasting beliefs and values. Obama will be known as President of the Divided States, because he has taken a radical stance in the culture war. He is on the wrong side of life, morality, and liberty. Although Obama was recently given the Nobel Peace Prize, he has done nothing to advance peace in this Nation or abroad. When abroad, he apologizes for America and is embarrassed by American exceptionalism. Domestically, Obama promotes a culture war. He is not the symbol of peace.”

HubbyHubby

Ben & Jerry’s is proudly celebrating the legalization of gay marriage in it’s home state, Vermont, by changing the title of it’s Chubby Hubby ice cream to Hubby Hubby, and including a picture of two grooms on a wedding cake on the packaging label. From the press release:

“It’s not polite to talk with your mouth full, but the most important thing that all us ice cream lovers can do to support the freedom to marry is speak with the people we know about why marriage matters and the need to end marriage discrimination in every state”,” said Evan Wolfson, executive director of Freedom to Marry. “Thanks to Ben & Jerry’s, starting those needed conversations has never been sweeter – and thanks to Freedom to Marry, we all now have a great excuse to eat more ice cream.”

Okaaaaay.

Big Dog couldn’t help himself – he came up with some alternate ice cream flavors, and is inviting additional ideas. To join the fun, visit Big Dog’s Weblog: The Ice Cream Social Cause (Locker-room humor warning.)

Shelby County, TN is set to vote on an ordinance that would grant special protection based on sexual orientation and gender identity. In addition to special privileges it appears the ordinance would would directly impact contractors who do not support the gay agenda. Section 12-127, for instance, states:

Discrimination by a contractor who contracts with Shelby County Government against a contractor’s employee on the basis of Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity or Expression shall be prohibited. (c) Discrimination by a private Employer in an unincorporated area of Shelby County against any person employed by such private Employer on the basis of Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity or Expression is prohibited, subject to the limitations in state law and the Shelby County Charter. (d) The provisions of this article pertaining to contractors shall only apply to contracts with Shelby County Government for which an RFP, or any sealed bid or proposal is issued after July 1, 2009.

The vote is expected this Monday July 1st, 2009.

Alameda School District forces Gay Curriculum

With a 3-2 vote the Alameda School district voted to force a gay curriculum for its students, starting in kindergarten. The move was done under the pretext of reducing bullying but opens the door to push a gay agenda to all students. Most disconcerting is that parents can not opt out of the teaching and that other more severe issues were not being addressed such as racism. The intent is to: to teach respect for gay and lesbian families and students. With the battle raging over gay marriage and proposition 8 we are being drawn away from the real battle ground which is to force us, starting with our children, to embrace and respect a life style we find immoral.

Raping Men as a Terrorist Recruiting Tool

Fancy that! Al Qaeda does not discriminate on the basis of gender or religion. They not only kill both men and women, Muslim and infidel alike, they also recruit men and women by raping them!

Pink News, which bills itself as “Europe’s largest gay news,” outlet has just confirmed that al-Qaeda uses male rape as a tactic to recruit male human bombers in Algeria.

We have just learned about a Sunni al-Qaeda related plot in Iraq in which terrorists raped eighty Muslim girls and women, then turned them over to Samira Jassim who patiently and persistently persuaded the rape victims, (many of whom had been targeted because they were depressed or mentally ill), to cleanse their shame by blowing themselves and other Muslims up. Twenty eight women did so…Continue reading on Chesler Chronicles >>
