Obama can only hope the GOP will not do as he does

ABC News observes that President Obama is the first (and only) president to have voted to filibuster a Supreme Court nominee. Apparently the GOP is not considering a filibuster but Obama has already set a demanding timetable to get his nomination through. In 2006 then Senator Obama voted for a filibuster on Samuel Alito stating:
“…I think Judge Alito, in fact, is somebody who is contrary to core American values, not just liberal values, you know. When you look at his decisions in particular during times of war, we need a court that is independent and is going to provide some check on the executive branch, and he has not shown himself willing to do that repeatedly.”
Just as remarkable is that Sonia Sotomayor is anything but independent. Both share similar philosophies, the core of which is viewing the constitution as a hindrance to their social agendas.

Sotomayor’s Tortilla Chip
May 27, 2009 by Orlando

Sonia Sotomayor has a tortilla chip on her shoulder daring someone to flick it off.
I’ve seen it thousands of times among minorities–that chip on their shoulder believing they are oppressed, downtrodden, or some other victim status. Sonia Sotomayor is no different. Take a look at her pretentious, racist statement:
I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.
Now pretend it was a white male saying that about a Hispanic woman. That person would be jailed for hate crimes. However, when they have that tortilla chip on your shoulder minorities like Sotomayor feel they can get away with it. As I minority, I know the M.O. but choose not to fall victim to that.
Sonia Sotomayor, however, has fallen victim to the tortilla chip syndrome. Take a look at her words:
Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.
In this quote, she gives herself cart blanche to judge differently because of her “gender and national origins.” This is an amazing statement. That means, because of her skin color she can interpret the law anyway she deems worthy. It is the ”tortilla chip.”
If you flick the tortilla chip off her shoulder she will cry racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other victimization phraseology. That is how it works. You are left standing there to defend a negative like “No, I’m not a racist.” The answer lies in focusing on her skills and abilities, not her race or gender. She is a mediocre to poor judge who climbed the ladder of affirmative action. Now she is poised to take that ladder to the highest court in the land with her tortilla chip still on her shoulder.
Instead of flicking the tortilla chip, hand her a copy of the Constitution. That’s a start.

‘Obama, Biden to Visit Supreme Court,’ Today, says CBS News
January 14, 2009 by Arlen Williams

Well, here is a quaint, little item. Who got the story, besides CBS News? I failed to find anyone else coming up quickly, on search results pages. Was CBS News believed to be especially sensitive about a subject such as this, by the Obama machinery?
Jan. 13, 2009 (CBS) President-elect Barack Obama will visit the Supreme Court tomorrow, according to his transition office, reports CBS News correspondent Steve Chaggaris.
At the invitation of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., Mr. Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden will pay a protocol visit to the Supreme Court of the United States Wednesday afternoon, the office says.
This will mark the third time in recent history a president-elect and vice resident-elect have visited the court. The last such visit was made by Bill Clinton and Al Gore on Dec. 8, 1992.
On Nov. 19, 1980, Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush made the same visit.
Mr. Obama and Biden will visit with the justices in the ceremonial West Conference Room.
The visit is private; reporters and photographers will not be present.
I might have excerpted the story in case CBS is unappreciative of fair use doctrine, but it is so brief that excerpting becomes difficult. More here, after I do a bit of searching: “Steve Chaggaris”
Searching in the CBS News site done: Steve Chaggaris is “CBS News Political Director.” As in directing viewers and readers, politically, via CBS News? Sounds rather like good ol’ Dan, if so. And as I gather, his latest stories have been all about telling us how important Barack Obama is, as he embarks upon the salvation of the presidency at this historically critical time. Well, except that his immediately prior article is entitled, “Michelle Obama Picks White House Decorator.” Obviously, a tough, critical newsman, in the post-WWII CBS mold.
Edward R. Mur–I mean Mr. Chaggaris seems to have an ear to the lips of the Obama ascendancy.
And, how do you think the conversation will go, between Bogus POTUS – Bogus Elect Obama and Chief Justice Roberts?
Good day, Mr. President-Elect.
Why, good day to you, Chief Justice Roberts; um… uh… so! Read any letters from Orly Taitz, lately?
Well, Barry-er may I call you, “Barack?” No, I’m sorry, too informal. You see, Mr. President-Elect Soeto-oh-oh-Obama, I’ve been hearing the darnedest things about you! Please, have a seat and tell me a little about yourself. Begin at the v-e-r-r-y beginning, if you can — that’s the natural place to start, eh? I mean, wherever that place happens… to be.
Alas, we will have to guess how it really goes/went. “The visit is private; reporters and photographers will not be present.” Then again, we simple Sovereign Citizens are used to just having to guess about all this.
What If Obama is Ineligible?

What If Obama is Ineligible?
Imagine a fraudulent President, I think you can,
A bogus election won by an ineligible man.
My apologies to John Lennon for the above. I have been following the circumstances of Mr. Obama’s eligibility to run for President for some time now. I have watched the arrogant Courts say that a citizen has no business complaining about it and is not impacted by a fraud. I am now seeing multiple lawsuits about Obama’s birthplace and/or his eligibility.
As far as I can determine there is no procedure in place for:
A. Vetting a Presidential Candidate for a security clearance background.
B. Replacing a fraudulently elected President after election.
If the Supreme Court of the United States invalidates the 2008 Presidential Election then we must consider what happens after that.
Does Joe Biden then become President? From a legal standpoint I would say no, they ran as a pair with the criminal fraud choosing his running mate. Voters were voting for the ticket. If the entire primary procedure were invalidated because of Obama’s fraud Biden would not even be in the running.
Do we hold new elections? This would on the surface seem the fair thing to do except it would take time and who would be in control until the new elections and transitions? Would Congress leave President Bush in charge or would they appoint Nancy Pelosi as Interim President? President Bush by law can not serve more than two terms, but can he be an Interim President for the next (approx.) two years until the next President is elected? How would this affect the term of the next President? Would they be allowed to serve a full 4 year term? Could Congress appoint VP Cheney as Interim President? If the Supremes made their decision before the Electoral College vote and based up their interpretation of “natural-born citizen” neither McCain nor Obama was eligible then the Electoral college would they have to vote for one of the other third party candidates; Barr, Keyes, Nader, McKinney, Jay or Baldwin? Would they be free to vote for whomever they choose? This would mean we would have a President that the people did not elect. The same would be the result if Nancy Pelosi were sworn in as Interim.
Realizing that we are at war and realizing that the Country is undergoing an economic crisis any decision by the Supreme Court against Obama would create a Constitutional Crisis something unforeseen by the Founding Fathers, something for which we have no guidelines! And to think this all could have been avoided by requiring all Presidents to be investigated for a security clearance like we do all our NCOs in the military and showing those results to the voting public.
